Wore for a week. Didn't apply any pressure to back area. Didn't keep Faja from digging into lower back. It just to small to make a difference in a Faja. Not even noticeably that you got it on

This product is very flimsy and no support and constantly move out of place. I would never buy it again.

This item provides really good back support/compression, I’m ordering another one to go under my breast for more compression.
