Material quality is great! Soft and thick unlike other super thin, see through costumes, also material is not the stretchy kind. Buttons are kinda loose but nothing I can't fix. I'm 5'3 around 133lb so the belt was super long on me and didn't come with a sword holder so I had to order a new one. I'm usually a M on all my Clothes so that's what I got despite the size chart saying I should get a small, thank God I went with my gut and ordered a Medium.

I really love this costume, usually I try to piece my costumes together each year but this year I just bought this costume for ease of use. And I’m really surprised how well it turned out. The quality is pretty good for the price! I could see me using this for the next few halloweens or even a Comic-Con event.Out of the 6 leg wraps two of the buttons were defective so they don’t actually work but I can easily safety pin them together so they don’t fall off. Definitely very impressed by this costume.Something to note, the torso might be a little short but overall everything else fits really well!

I purchased the Giyū Tomioka costume to cosplay with my daughter for the Denver Fan Expo.The sizing is accurate (6'1, 245lb male, 3XL size ordered) and just barely fits, but again, accurate. The quality of the tailoring is surprisingly better than any Rubies costume I've purchased. There are seams in all places they should be and even pleats in the front of the shirt-jacket for a fitted wear. Like the other pieces, the haori is better quality than anticipated and fits true to size.The items I received actually look better than the stock photos of the item. An example of this is the shiny "silver" buttons I received (including an extra if one falls off) as opposed to the matte plastic grey buttons shown on the picture.The belt was too small so I did have to punch a hole to give myself one "size" bigger there. That said, the belt is thin @ 1.25" and just feels too uncomfortable for me to wear for a 6+ hour day. I ended up buying a real belt that will fit and feel comfortable. Since it's going to hold a katana all day, the belt is important. I will also sew belt loops into the shirt-jacket to keep it in place.Overall: 4 stars!At the $55 price point, which is what you'll pay for Rubies these days, you'll get a quality set of items that are fit for Halloween or light cosplay with the kids. Most of the items fit true to the posted sizing chart.Why not 5?- The belt size is not true to size relative to the rest of the items given the size chart.- General discomfort/cheapness of the belt.- Resulted in needing to buy a real belt.- White ankle covers are very loose. Since they are stretchy, why not make them smaller so they're just a little bit tight?

The quality of this product exceeded my expectations! The fabric is really nice, it seems durable! The fit is a little snug so I would suggest ordering one size up just to be safe! Otherwise I'm extremely happy with this purchase!

Pros: comes with everything you need expect the Sword, Wig, AND Shoes. Everything fit great and size charts was accurate for me, socks work well for me and I wear a size 10.5 for shoes. Socks did not tear on me like I read in other reviews, so I guess it depends on the size of your feet. Perfect for cons and dance battles lol I got into a dance during my first Con.Cons: many people will approach you for photos , nah I wish the wig was included otherwise all around perfect cosplay

The media could not be loaded.  Previously I had tried to order this cosplay from other sellers and some parts did not come. All parts came and everything fit, I ordered a large and I have 34dd chest/thick thighs and nothing was tight on me. Pants were short but once you put on socks and ankle covers it's fine. Buttons flimsy-kinda scared that im gonna break them but a quick sew in should fix that.(Sword not included ordered from somewhere else)

This cosplay is SUPER cute. I ended up wearing a skirt instead of the pants and i had to put two new holes in the belt to make it fit but otherwise it fit very well. The fabric is breathable and doesn’t look cheaply made. I did have to steam it because it was super wrinkled (be careful with the text on the back).

It literally just came in the mail and I had to put it on ASAP because I was excited! This cosplay did not disappoint! You get everything (except for the katana and boots) for a great price and decent quality!I got a size medium and I'm usually a size small (US 4). My measurements are: bust - 34inches, waist - 26inches, hips - 37 inches, height - 5ft 1inch, and I weigh about 120lbs. The medium fit pretty well. I think I could have gone with a size small, but it would've been a little bit tight for the jacket around the shoulder area. I also folded the top of the skirt so that the length landed right above my knees. I also had to create my own hole for the belt, otherwise it wouldn't have sat on on my waist correctly.Another thing to note is that the cape is connected via velcro and the little red bow comes with a pin so you just pin it on there.

Im a 5'4 female, and I bought the XX-large it fit very well! The shirt sleeves did go over my hands a little, but it was easy to work around and it was barely even a problem! 😊 overall im very impressed with the quality of the whole costume ❤

I bought this for my son's Halloween party with a group of friends. The item came on time. It looks just like the picture. The only thing I would have to say is I'm glad that resized up because it fit perfectly

I love it! Do size up. the clip did come broken. But it's good guilty and everything did came.

Perfect! It looks exactly like in the picture and description. It’s made of good quality material and it doesn’t look cheap. Size appears to be as describe by seller. I would recommend this item 100 percent! :)
