I love the idea of it. I like the brightness of the light, but I wished that it had a flickering setting like a real flame; it has a high, a low, and a respiratory setting. It doesn't produce enough mist, therefore it won't really fill the room with any scent. I can only smell it standing like 2 feet away. I tried using distilled water, regular water; I tried natural oils, essential oils, and artificial ones, but it's all the same. I think that it is because of the mist not really going up , it just kind of hangs out right above the opening or falls down below it. Maybe the fan is not working, I'll have to check... Anyway, it's a really nice idea, it looks pretty, but could be way better... partly depressing.

UPDATE: Seller sent me a new one free of charge upon reading my review! So nice of them and the new one works great. TBD on weather it lasts longer than 4 months lolI loved this diffuser when I first got it! A cool design, pretty good scent throw, and large reservoir. But, in the four months or so I've had it, it has already quit. The buttons make a sad, dying-like sound, and it won't diffuse for more than five minutes. I'm so disappointed

I've purchased several defusers from Amazon and this one is by far my favorite. It's easy to use and is lovely to view. I put it in an area I can see it all day and night. Be careful to not over fill it with water. I use a measuring cup and it's approximately 1 cup depending on if there's water already in the unit. It's worth the money for the pure visual pleasure!

It's works nice, at first. Unfortunately, I'm now on my second unit in less than 2 months and it's starting to barely work again. The mister seems to just lose its umph after a couple of weeks and you can barely see the ambient affect. See picture. I don't want to keep sending these back but may have to. When it does work, it works well though.**Update: Company wrote back and sent a replacement which is working so excellent customer service and they back their product so I upgraded to 4 stars.

This was an excellent little diffuser while it worked. It was quiet and put out just the right amount of scent and mist. However, it stopped working after a month which makes me very sad. I should very much like to get another one. But I cannot afford to keep buying more if they stop working after a month. :((Update)Received an email asking if I would like another. Sent a reply that I would love another one. However, as this is now June, I am guessing that this ship sailed. Rather sad about this as I really did like the diffuser as it worked. And was hoping to try it again. Oh well. lesson learned.
