I recently purchased a Berberine supplement from Amazon and I am very pleased with the results. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I can already feel the difference. I have more energy throughout the day and I feel more alert and focused. These capsules are easy to swallow, so there is no taste to them. And they are definitely more reasonable as far as cost (I've taken other Berberine products, but saw the added ingredients in these which peaked my interest and I decided to try these when it was time to reorder the one I usually take). So far I've only been taking 1 per day (and that seems to have kept my glucose levels in check - had a CBC done and glucose was normal despite my eating pretty much 1 Crumbl cookie almost daily); for the CBC, all my levels fell within the normal range, but I don't know about cholesterol levels (no lipid panel). I have a lipid panel and glucose measurement coming up for my work's health insurance and might increase my intake to 2 capsules daily to see what that does... But from what I can tell so far, this product seems to be fairly effective.

I’d previously ordered a small bottle to see how well it works. It’s definitely helping to suppress my appetite. I have had some stomach issues with this, diarrhea and gas, but it’s subsided as time has passed.I recently got a larger bottle, and I’m concerned about the color difference between the old bottle and the new. The new ones are much more yellow than the old ones. The bottles both have the same label, same ingredients listed etc, but there’s an obvious difference. Hopefully the new ones work as well as the old.

I bought this product after watching a dr on YouTube talk about BERBERINE effects on the body and how it helps you to lose weight. Before when eating I didn’t know how to stop myself everything looked good, smelled good and of course tasted good. I’m 36 (180lbs) and need to drop almost 40-50lbs to be back at my 20s weight. The first day I took this product I wasn’t even hungry but ate anyway just a little. No jitters, no dry mouth, no anxious feelings of any kind like when on a diet pill. The ingredients are natural and the effects are wonderful. It's only been a little over a week and I've already lost 2 pounds. I haven't watched my calories because my husband has been off work for a week, so we've been eating out more and lounging more because it's his stay-cation at home. I couldn't believe it when I got on the scale and saw a 2 pound difference. I'm also about 5 days before starting my period and I usually always gain about 5 pounds several days before I start. I started this product 2 weeks ago. The only thing I have noticed is - lightheadedness. Some days I take 1 pill, most days I take 2 and no difference. I still see and feel the inflammation in my body, no difference in bathroom habits (which I was hoping to see a change of going more), no weight loss, no energy, and not sleeping any better. When I read the reviews, I thought for sure I would see a little improvement..... While I am a a little disappointed, I will continue taking these to see if maybe my body needed longer to adjust to them.

Bought this Berberine to add to my intermittent fasting weight loss (eat 8 hours, fast 16 hours). Also, to reap the health benefits of the eight powerful ingredients, and to help me manage sugar cravings. I’ve taken one a day for the past 40 days and these tablets have been successful for me. Lost another 3.6kg these past five weeks, and as I’m nearing my goal weight, which gets harder to lose as I get closer to my goal, that loss is significant. The product works. No horrible after taste. It arrived on time. It's been fantastic so far. Have noticed less cravings & feel less bloated. will buy more for definately. My only feedback is to look at possibly changing the marketing. You say 5 months of supply, but it is a 90 tablet bottle, If you took 1 tablet a day for 90 days that's approx 3 months, not 5. need at least 152 tablets to last 5 months. As advertised.
