I ordered 2 and these are brilliant, the white on the crates are more like a white wash than a solid white, however you can paint these. The grey is nice but im going more nutural so i have since done an oak effect over the tops and because its wood it was very easy. (Ignore the half painted wall im decorating)i use my 2 next to each other as a TV stand too.

Bought this for my pup. Put together and it just kept falling down. Side bits wouldn’t screw I. Correct. Asked for return and refund which was arranged. Sent item back via post office but now the seller has no confirmation of the return and will not refund me. My pup chewed the paper receipt and I’ve tried to get another fromPost office but they can’t help. So now I’m out of pocket quiet a lot of money. Seller won’t help no further.

Item has two marks the same on the top piece. It’s typical they’re on the part that is seen the most. Possibly made by a hinge or lock in the box. Nothing else appeared damaged. The box was in good condition.Item is great otherwise and was easy to assemble.

This looks great but is of poor quality. First time I needed to use it as a crate my dog broke the door off within minutes - I have a reactive rescue dog and I'm lucky this didn't turn into a dangerous situation. It was the hinges that gave way due to the tiny screws.It's not fit for purpose.
