Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4 DRAM Laptop Gaming Memory Single 4GB CL16 BLS4G4S26BFSD (Gray)

Works great and was recognized without issue in Dell 2 in 1 laptop I recently purchased. The laptop was having an issue running multiple programs at the same time with only 4 GB installed. It was such a good price I figured adding a stick of RAM is cheaper than the price difference between a higher end laptop. The added RAM has solved the lagging between switching apps and loading website pages now works better than I could have hoped.

This memory runs at 2400MHz on my laptop even though it says 2666MHz on the product spec. The reason is that 2666 is not standard JEDEC speed on this RAM. It is only supported with special BIOS settings (XMP- extreme memory profile) which is mostly available on gaming machines only. So please make sure your BIOS supports XMP. Otherwise this RAM will run at slower 2400 MHz instead of the advertised 2666 MHz.

For the price, this is a very good memory stick for laptop. make sure you read your computer/laptop guide book make sure it is the correct format and correct voltage for your computer/laptop.

Exactly what it says it is, performs as expected. Install mostly depends on the computer, but for what it's worth, this stick of RAM was a breeze to install. Great value for the price.

Love the extra memory, but this did not enable the increased speeds. I'm stuck w/ stock speeds. I have i5 7th gen processor, WIN 10, 200 series board. Updated BIOS & All. No clue.

i return this item, i was shopping for ddr4 2666 and this stated as that on the description but it was only running ddr4 2400 that's why i returned it.
