My 13 year old blind dog loves these!
Bought these as a form of enrichment for my old blind girl, they're perfect to fill up with softer treats and keep her busy for a good while. But they aren't too difficult for her either, she always manages to lick them clean! She has nibbled away a little bit of the edges over time, so I'm not sure that these would hold up to a big chewer but they work perfectly for my needs. Also surprisingly easy to clean which is always a plus with these kind of things.

Smaller holder
I am returning this product only because my puppies will need a larger teething toy. However, the product looked good, felt good in the package and looked like a good product. This would be great for tiny bred puppy that is teething.

DURABLE
My dog loves these balls almost as much as she loves tennis balls, which she tears up within a day. These two balls have lasted over a week with no signs of wear.I was unsure when I ordered them but they do bounce, not quite like a tennis ball but enough to keep my dog's attention. When using toothpaste in these balls I had to put it deep into the openings or she just licks it off of the surface and when its that deep, it doesn't squeeze out like I think it should. It just stays in the crevasses and gets old and hard.As a ball it's great, as a toothpaste delivery system it's not so great.

Good for treating, not for independent play
These are good for an enrichment activity, but not safe for independent play. My dogs (both mini schnauzers, one a 3-year-old, and the other a 7-month-old) loved digging treats out of the little crevices. Then the teething puppy snuck one away and chewed little chunks out of one. Hoping it comes out naturally, but definitely not meant for durability.

Horrible, don't buy
I wanted to love these. They had so much potential. It's a good size. It seems like a good shape. But ...1) first red flag should have been the packaging. It looked like it was a dollar store item that had beenblost on the shelves for years.2) the rubber is super flexible. I was expecting it to be sturdier. I can flatten the ball without lich force. Maybe that doesn't matter. Naybe flexible is good. But I never got a chance to test out it's durability against a pup because...3) it smelled. I expected it to smell like rubber, like most rubber toys. Rubber smell is okay. Usually rubber smell goes away. But, this was NOT a rubber smell. It smells like peppermint or something similar. It's like someone sprayed essential oils when mixing the rubber and now the smell will not leave.I soaked it in dawn soap half the day and overnight. I rubbed. I scrubbed. The smell actually gets worst the more you scrub it!!! It's like a scented marker or scented eraser, but you do NOT want the scent in a dog toy!My dog cannot smell the food in it because the smell of the weird mint-like scent is so overpowering. He saw it had food, and wanted it, but every time he started sniffing wildly, he would recoil.Whoever thought it was a good idea to scent this was WRONG.Mint in the form of an essential oil is extremely poisonous to dogs!! So, why they would put a mint-loke scent ijto the dog's rubber treat toy is beyond me.I would return this if I hadn't throw out the package immediately. I considered pulling the package out of the trash once i realized the scent issue but other trash had already been dumped into the trash can over it and i didn't want to dig through trash. The ball is still soaking in soap. I scrubbed again this morning. I let obe dry out. No luck. It actually seems to get worst the more you scrub, like it really is embedded in the rubber itself. Yuck!!!

Great balls
I use these just to throw around in the backyard with the dogs, i don't put treats or anything inside. They are durable and great for my dogs teeth. the last set of these i had lasted a few years, they were left outside all winter, mainly because the snow covered them and i couldn't find them! Only reason i don't have the old ones is the kid through them and lost them. Would highly recommend these, and i will buy more in the future!

Good toy
I ordered these dental balls for my 5lb Yorkie. I put some of her toothpaste in them, let her have mornings and evenings. She loves them, they bounce, she rolls them around and chews ! They are well made, but they are heavier than they should be.

Great for small puppies with small mouths that can pick up the ball.
What I liked about this ball is the pliability and that you can put food or treats in the ball to keep the dogs attention. What I didn't like was the strong odor of the ball, so I soaked the balls in soap water and air dried them. My puppy just loves them!
