So much more than a book
I first heard of Dr Tina Heath and Slim for Life through a friend who had for years struggled with her weight but who had recent great success releasing over three stone. When I bought this book I wasn’t aware of the additional mentoring and support provided by the author Dr Tina. This is available by simply joining the complementary Slim for Life Facebook group and partaking of her free weekly book club. Tina and the attendees read and discuss a chapter of the book each week in a private zoom meeting, which includes a session of hypnosis meditation. It really is very good and it is specifically structured to help all the attendees. This alone warrants the 5 star review. But there is so much more..there is also an optional 10 week Slim for Life programme that truly brings this book to life. The daily uplifting emails and easy access to Tina’s relaxing hypnotic audios continually helps you explore your current relationship with food. It really is enlightening. I discovered that my previous thoughts of losing weight were all negative and associated with dismal dieting. Slim for Life is a totally different concept that has not only helped me release weight but it has increased my desire for nutritional food and physical and mental wellbeing. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Tina Heath and Slim for Life.

Really interesting
This is a great book, simple and easy to understand.There is so much to get out of this book, I would highly recommend to anyone struggling to release their weight

Great book
I 1st signed up for the Slim for Life Hypnotherapy package and then found out that Tina also has a book out, which I instantly purchased.This book is great, easy to read, informative, and with a readable version of all 10 steps. Once read, It's also a perfect tool for referencing when needed.

Amazing Read 🦋🦋
I started Dr Tina’s programme first to then see on FB there was also a book. I thought working with Dr Tina was amazing and this book is an added bonus and reinforces what I have been doing. I have been a yo-yo dieter since having my second child. I would do well for the first few weeks and then get bored and start over again. That’s when I found Dr Tina not only have I released weight but my health and well being has completely changed. My 121 sessions that I chose to do has made me change in an extraordinary way. I love the book and think that is a really worth while read. However you choose to do slim for life you won’t be sorry you did 🦋

Great plan and helps in weight loss
This book not only helps with your own personal view on food, health and your body but also helps your outlook on life. It is a good starter read which will lead you onto good relaxation practice which, like magic, seems to help in other areas of your life.

Life changer
I expected this to be hard to read. How wrong I was. So easy to read and left me excited to get started my first trance. Still very early days but I’m going to release all the weight I need to Highly recommend. A real game changer. Slim For Life has changed my life forever. A must read to change your Life.

Weight Release made easy
What a fantastic book!I have been on yo-yo diets for decades, not just years. I have lost up to 100lbs, and put it all back on again, and some.All because 'diets' aren't sustainable, and I didn't change the beliefs and habits.This book, however, and Tina's accompanying programme, have made weight release easy and enjoyable. I don't feel like I'm on a diet, because I'm not.Tina's ability to work with our subconscious mind, and change our habits, is just amazing.I highly recommend this book if you are looking to release weight, and keep it off for life.
