Poor capsule shell
The contents of the product may be good. But the capsule shell is a big problem. It keeps floating or sticking with tour food pipe for hours and hours. Doesn’t move to the stomach easily. Keep drinking water, but it will not go down.

Pros-Changes i have seen after consumption-increased concentrationgood for blood vesselsa little benefit in exercise as it reduced inflammation and increased antioxidantCons-when i first consumed it for at least a week my legs started itching so bad 2-3 hrs after consuming itthen i gave it a gap of a week then again started consuming it and the itching never came back.i think it has high potency so my body took time to adjust !
