It fits the original fittings
I was nervous about this; all the talk of the newer fittings, looking them up and seeing adaptors.I was pleased to see that with the reducer ring, it does fit the original fittings. We learn something new every day.Please note I only drew one curtain across, and it is daytime.

Good but high maintenance
Hard to put this on without getting it all smudgy with your fingerprints, also seems high maintenance as the dust and whatever settles can be visible when you switch on the light but overall it looks very nice and gives a wavey effect on the ceiling
