I enjoyed working with this mop it's extremely easy to use and set up. You can add any liquid you would prefer for cleaning tile or wood or even waxing the floor. The handle moves easily and very flexible to move around and easy to change directions. Now you don't have to carry around a mop and a bucket with water this mop is all of that together and more! Great addition to my cleaning supplies

Don't bother to buy this. It stopped working the second day, seems to be a bad design with the charger and the cables, in addition of the poor quality of the battery. I returned easily, got another and same thing happened, the cable won't do contact with the charger and sometimes had the light sometimes nothing. Something else, the bucket is a waste because won't clean the pads, is more the mess and the space it takes than the use to wash the pads.when it charged, the battery lasted 9 minutes with both mops. I had to travel and couldn't drop the mop for return the second time and lost my money.I use it as regular mop since the pads are good quality, but it doesn't spin anymore.

This mop is fantastic. It’s easy to use and is light to push. I love that the mop pads are able to be washed and reused instead of being wasteful. My robot mop doesn’t always get the tougher spills so I use this for the maintenance to keep the floors fresh and clean! Highly recommend!

Idk what i was 🤔. It works but the dirt seems to go where the 2 under pads don't fully touch unless you put them on there to touch. Can't push hard to 'scrub' cuz it bogs out

This product is easy to use and cleans very well..I have a bad back and.can not mope.my floors and this allows me to just slide it across my floors with ease and it clean very well but after 3months of using it stop working can not get it to turn on need.help.with.this.problem......the sell has offered me a refund or exchange for this item i ask for exchange because i really love this product,,,,,

This mop worked great WHILE IT WORKED. Less than a year and it does not work. I’ve emailed customer support and the page says it’s run into an error.

This does charge quickly, is easy to use, cleans up nicely - for regular mopping. I used it to put down Quick Shine vinyl flooring polish and it died in 5 minutes. It cannot take the thickness of the polish. Very disappointed because I wanted to shine my floors. Now I have a mess to get stripped off and do the polish by hand. Not happy.

I did love this E-mop at first, it has great features. I had it almost a year and it died. It would no longer charge (flashing lights) so I tried changing the battery but that didn't work. I reached out to customer service, when they finally got back to me, they offered me 40% another mop because the warranty is only 6 months! There were no suggestions for repair or trouble shooting, almost like they knew that will happen and there is nothing you can do about it. No one would knowing pay that much for a mop that wouldn't even last a year, 40% off another one is insulting. This product is defective and WILL NOT LAST, BUYER BEWARE!
