Question: When should a genuine 5-Star product NOT be given a 5-Star rating in all categories.Answer: When the category heading in the rating review does not apply.I’ll explain below.So I rated every section a solid 5-stars because this product is superb, and so is the seller. So they both deserve 5 stars across the board. The Q&A above has to do with one of the categories in the rating review.The category in question is “Lightweight”. I bought a pair of 10 foot, 10,000 lbs. vehicle ramps for my 5 car double decker car trailer. The last thing I want is those ramps to be “lightweight”. Fortunately they are not.That is not to say they aren’t light compared to other ramps or what could be, such a one manufactured out of steel. These are very light comparatively. But heavy they are, and heavy duty. I have loaded vehicles weighing close to that 10,000 lb limit they are rated for, and have done so without issue.These ramps are stellar, and the seller is as well.

I don't know if I had a defective ramp or what but it first started to break of the anti-slip tabs on top then not even 6 months it completely broke off the angle weld that connects to the trailer, of using only once aor twice a month on a light 92 Honda Civic . I have tried to contact customer support and no response. Edit, there reach immediately and resolved this issue. Great customer service

Not the heaviest load but the most frequent. Only thing I would do is add a restraining strap so ramp doesn't slide when trailer wants to jump around when being loaded up (it's not the ramps fault, it's the load and how tired operator is...lol) Since purchased I've had 2 main welds break and 3 small cracks in welds show up otherwise it would be 5 star. Was a 15 minute repair job for welder to fix. His only comment was 2 sloppy welds on both ramps was not bad (For him that's a great compliment). Would I buy again....nope because these should last me until my kids steal them. :)

So I have a Featherlite 17.5 car trailer with really nice under deck compartments for transporting the loading ramps with little doors that pin closed. One day I forgot to pin the doors closed and drove home 35 or so miles. Worse yet I had just oiled the hinges so the doors would open easier...After driving the over route and not finding them along the side of the road I knew I had to replace the ramps. Being a Prime member I searched for trailer ramps and found these. The old ramps were rated for 1500 lbs or 3000 for the pair, these are rated for 3000 each and are much heavier duty. I did some searching once I found them and at the time they were cheaper with Prime shipping than any where I could find them listed. So I ordered them on Sunday evening and they showed up Wednesday.As to someone with the same problem, the compartments are 15 inches wide 4 3/8" tall and 72.5" long. The only problem is I needed to drill holes so I can pin the doors shut. Do not want to forget the pins! These ramps are 14 inches wide and 2 3/4" or so thick and 72" long. They fit perfectly except for needing a hole in the base for the pin. Note the nice beveled ends that fit flush with the ground when loading. About the only issue is that the lip on the back of the locking angle end is longer than the Featherlite ramps - I may want to trim them at some point but for now they worked for the Miata.Overall I am very satisfied with the ramps, they shipped quickly, fairly well packaged (no damage lots of straps around cardboard - they will suffer worse ridding 4 inches from the road) They are very well made and sturdy, I just wish I didn't have to purchase them.

We need it for our tractor it was better then i thought. They can hold a truck.

Aluminum Ramps Truck Trailer car ramps HEAVY DUTY 1- Set, two ramps = 10,000lb capacity 15" wide (10') 120" Long  I purchased the 10', 10k ramps for my deckover dump trailer. The back of my trailer is 36" off the ground, these ramps have a very nice and comfortable angle to them. I mainly bought these ramps for my tractor, which weighs around 4000 pounds. Tractor feels very comfortable on the ramps, no noticeable bounce or sag. I also used these for getting my zero turn mower onto the trailer. The ramps have nice amount of grip for traction on them, I didn't have any issues with my mower slipping when the ramps were wet . 36" off the ground is about the max angle I would recommend using for a mower with these ramps, any more than that and you probably risk your mower deck getting caught up on it at the top.My ramps were damaged in shipping, with scratches all the way around them. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures. We came to an agreement for a very fair monetary reimbursement. The seller was very prompt to asses the damages and come to a resolution.

A lot of ramp without a lot of weight!

Perfect. I use them in place of Race Ramps because the terrain is uneven where my car hauler is located. They are much heavier than the Race Ramps, but a great compromise for me.
