Bought it to make a rising box for dough, works ok

Does not heat up - dont waste your money
The matt does not heat up at all, despite being on the highest heat setting it still remained below luke warm. Atrocious.

The heating pad looked good but I had to return it because the connector which went to the power was completely squashed . I got a refund very quickly
