Great so far
My first CO2 laser ever arrived with a broken tube, seller didn’t have tubes they could get to me quick but told me to find one I they would buy it. I chose this one . It came in a timely manner well packaged and damage free. Installed in minutes aligned the mirrors and have been lasering pretty much all day for the last 3 days.

The tube is useless after 4.5 months
The water outlet on the inside started leaking, making the laser stop working 4.5 months after I got it, and I have only used it maybe 20 hours. I had my other tube for nearly 3 years when I bought this as a replacement. I haven't even made enough to pay the tube off. It is too late to return it, so I am extremely disappointed.

Works like new.
The media could not be loaded. Bought this back in January after getting my laser knowing that the tube would eventually fail. Didn’t want to risk being down waiting for a new one to arrive. Installation was pretty easy and straightforward. After collimation it works like new.

Beam isn't focused.
The media could not be loaded. Just purchased this laser (60watt/1000mm). Installed, solid connections to power, heat shrink on both connections to the tube.Connected water flow (video shows bubbles in tube, this was after draining and refilling) to the tube.Set to "pulse" at 10% power so I could check laser alignment, beam wouldn't produce a "dot", but instead produced a "ring". Thought this might be due to the laser being too close or too far from first mirror. Watched a few YouTube videos and a forum that both suggest this is a faulty tube with either a damaged lens or leaking co2.In addition to the "ring", I also noticed an arching sound coming from the end of the laser opposite of where the beam exits the tube.Also beam archs on glass close to end of laser where beam exits. (Visible in video).Contacted seller (through Amazon) and currently waiting on reply to remedy the issue.--------Follow up:The seller quickly replied and offered to send me another laser. They expedited it and showed up within 3 or 4 days. (They told me to just dispose of the old one).I installed the new laser, aligned it, and could easily cut 1/4 inch birch plywood. (3mm/s....70% power). I am slightly nervous that 70% is too high for continuous use, but so far so good.I will say this... lots of hands touch these boxes before they arrive on your doorstep. I don't blame the company for receiving an out-of-focus laser. Mishandling and shipping could cause even the best brand laser to be damaged.The seller was quick with replying, very helpful with answering questions and tried hard to insure I was satisfied.I'd 100% buy from again.

Tube died after 4months
Had high hopes from seeing reviews, but sadly I cannot recommend these tubes as a replacement for your c02 laser. First tube was junk right out of the box, quickly got a replacement from Amazon and that one worked great…. For the first 4months. (1month out of warranty). Beam is now splitting right out of the tube and will not cut 1/8” Baltic birch. Have a second unit to easily compare. Installed a used tube I had sitting on my shelf and it’s outperforming this bad tube until I get another one in. Learned my lesion. You may get lucky with these tubes, but chances are they won’t last long. Just go with another supplier. Tried emailing ten high support directly from their website to see if I can get a discounted one since it died prematurely and no response whatsoever. They only want your money, not your business. Steer clear.

Awesome tube so far. I used it to replace my 60watt omtech tube that failed on me.Works amazing right out of the box and verifying alignment.

Hohe Leistung, einfach zu installieren
Die Röhre kam gut verpackt (doppelter Karton) an und hat hier in einem China-Laser die original Röhre ersetzt, die ziemlich schnell nach dem Kauf den Geist aufgegeben hatte.Die Installation ging dank bereits angebrachter Kabel zügig und problemlos, etwas Lötzinn und Schrumpfschlauch und fertig. Die Leistung ist deutlich höher als die der ersetzten Originalröhre. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Bin sehr zufrieden und werde wohl bei dieser Marke bleiben, wenn die Haltbarkeit stimmt.

Leider schlechte Qualität
Die Röhre hatte von Anfang an nicht die Leistung wie die alte davor. Aber schon nach ca. 5 Stunden verlor sie die Leistung Komplett. Ich dachte erst es liegt an den Spiegeln. Beim Einstellen der Spiegel stellte ich fest dass aus der Röhre kein einzelner Strahl kam, sondern mehrere kleine. Siehe Bild. Vielleicht ist des der Grund weshalb sie keine gute Leistung hatte...Leider im August gekauft, mal sehen was der Hersteller sagt....

Disgusting felt cheated
Well I order a 60w, you can see the box with the details, and the photo of the tube I really felt cheated, I only found this out because I could get an air bubble out, looked across and seen marker pen and I rubbed the 6 to reveal a 5Never going to buy from TEN-HIGH again they never contacted me back but thanks to Amazon I got a full refund and now I have a 60/80w cloudRay and it’s fantastic
