Not sure why, but the capsules I got worked better for calming and also appetite to eat. I realized that with both the calming effect lightened my feeling I need t eat something or drink something. But the capsules (a different product) worked better for me. I often have a glass or 2 of wine with dinner, with this I forget to get the wine out or even drink a glass of wine. just saying...

I’ll preface with I used multiple bottles of this product over the course of months. I gave it a good try with an open mind and hopeful attitude. I received zero benefits from this product and would argue it actually made things worse.Touts that it can help with liver issues but can actually cause actual liver damage. Claims it helps with alcohol consumption by making the effects hit the brain faster and telling the person to slow down. It does not. If anything you just stay sober & drink more with no results. Claims inflammation reduction reducing pain, nope, nothing. Says assists in hangover symptoms, again zero effects. There is one small study of about a dozen people that have been done with questionable results. No other evidence or studies have been conducted.
