Very good all round, slight size issue
I don't know if this is a British Vs American can size, but pretty sad it doesn't perfectly fit a can of monster or other cans here. That being said, I wouldn't use the lid anyway so it's not a bit issue. Really like the grip, the black colour and the anodised effect is nice. What's great is the grip on the bottom. It's awesome!Probably doesn't cool as well as a yeti, but does plenty and seems to keep a can nice and chilled for a few hours.

This cooler works great keeps your beverage cold
I like the indents where your fingers fit on the outside of the cooler. Of course the stainless steel container works great keeps your beverage cold on the hottest days.

Where is the sixth star?
What can I say - I've bought and used a whole lot of these type of double-wall vacuum insulated devices, and this one is by far my favorite of them all. Only one other company offers a 16oz version like this, but this one outshines it in a few different areas. Before I get into the specifics of why this one is better, let me add that this works just as well in keeping a 16oz beverage can cold for an extended period of time, but it also fits the typical 500ml/16.9oz standard sized bottled water very snugly. You can go to sleep with a cold water bottle next to you and wake up with it still being nice and cold. Here's where this thing really shines:It's got a gripped texture that really does give you a better grasp on the cooler. The ribbed finger grooves compliment this quite nicely, and as another reviewer pointed out, you do have to line up the can for a lined-up fit, but after a few tries, it isn't an issue - just know how much more you have to turn the ring to line up the opening before you give it that final twist and you're good to go.The bottom of this is not designed like the Yeti and all the countless copies of that design. It has a rubber boot on the very bottom that grips the surface it's sitting on very well. A nice touch that I wasn't expecting, guess I didn't read the description well enough when ordering, but a very welcome surprise. The finger grooves do not extend past the overall diameter of the cooler, so it will fit in any cupholder that a straight-sided one will fit in.Finally, and this may not apply to you, but I've found this to be a great bonus. When hanging out with friends, I've introduced them to the other brand, which is the familiar brushed stainless finish, and at a BBQ or other get-together, it was common for us to accidentally reach for what we thought was our drink (because these things all looked alike and hid the print on the cans,) and this one both looks and feels different, so on it's first trial run tonight, there were no accidents with overlooking who has what drink. Total bonus.A complete and total home run. Couldn't be happier.

This thing is great and really keeps things cold
This thing is great and really keeps things cold. All of the 16oz cans I've tried fit perfectly. Once you get the hang of lining it up so the grips are positioned correctly, it becomes 2nd nature. Great purchase!

Works great at keeping Monster cans cold!
I purchased this cooler to keep my Monster energy drinks cold. I am happy to report that this fits the monster cans perfectly, and it keeps the drink cold for hours! I feel like I need to spend a few more lines impressing upon you how well this thing works, but there's not really anything else to it- it simply works very well at keeping your drink cold, even in the Texas heat. They wisely put rubber on the bottom of the cooler to keep it from slipping and to insulate it further (the possibly hot surface isn't touching the metal of the cooler). The cooler contains two walls that are sealed and they sucked all of the air out of the space (known as vacuum sealing) so that heat can't be easily transmitted between the outside of the container to the inside where your drink is.This cooler is thick, so it won't fit in standard cup holders. The cup holders in one of my cars are normal sized at the bottom but slightly wider halfway up to accommodate gas station drinks of that shape. The Grizzly cooler fits in the top half of the cup holder but not the bottom, and is so tall that it sits too precariously to leave it in the cup holder while driving down the road. In my other car, there is a piece of plastic that can fold down between two cup holders. With it pushed out of the way, the cooler fits fine. So depending on your cup holders, this may or may not fit.If I had one critique of this item, it would be that the indentations for your fingers to grip don't go all of the way around the cooler. When I put the drink in and twist the cap, it turns the can as well, so it takes effort to get the drink to align properly with where your fingers are going to be. This could have been alleviated if they had made the grip go all of the way around the cooler, or at least to the logo. The metal is textured, so it isn't exactly slippery, which is nice. It is a heavy item, though, because it is a lot of metal. This makes it feel sturdy, like it will last a long time.I am using this Grizzly cooler every morning for my morning pick-me-up and love it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to keep a large can cold (whether it is beer, energy drink, or other). Overall, I rate it 4/5 stars- almost perfect. If you found this review helpful, please show some love by clicking the "Yes" button below.
