I work at a restaurant mainly washing dishes and it works really well. Last time I bought an apron, it was working really fine but it was too heavy and the material was kind of stiff, so when I finished the work I was so tired and wanted to take it off right away after finishing the work. This apron, it is very light so it doesn’t feel like I am wearing one, still working very well with keeping me dry all the time I was working. I almost forgot to take it off when I was about to leave!I had doubts when I saw a review that the ties are a bit shorter than others, but I needed a waterproof apron that was lighter than my old one and I really liked the color as it looked so chic so I bought it. Well it turns out that ties are not at all a problem, it is actually plenty for me - I am 5.6 feet tall and weigh about 160 Ibs .Just loved it and would like to also use it when I wash my dogs or water the plants in my garden.

Not waterproof. Fine otherwise.
Fit is fine. Ties are long enough. But this thing is NOT WATERPROOF. I work with water-cooled machinery, so I get a light mist of water on my torso occasionally, and the water soaked through the apron and onto my shirt within an hour of work. Not. Waterproof. At. All. Very disappointed.

Love your apron except for the fact that the ties ...
Love your apron except for the fact that the ties are 6 inches shorter on each side which equals a foot shorter than most aprons.

Very plastic
I was expecting more of a waterproof cloth type of apron not sheer vinyl which doesn't breathe. I do dishes but found it a pain to wipe the thing down all the time with a towel. The pockets hence are pretty useless because water goes down there and also leaches through the stitching so eventually you get wet anyway. Also, the straps were kind I'd short although they were the length described. I wish they were more like kitchen aprons with the ties long enough to tie in front. Overall I think three stars is fair for what I wanted and expected.
