Dr. Foot's Arch Support Shoe Inserts for Flat Feet, Plantar Fasciitis, Adhesive Heel Cushion for Relieve Pain for Women & Men (Small, Beige)

I ordered these inserts because I have really bad PF, but am a 29 year old woman who isn’t ready to give up “cute” sandals. I place these inserts in my sandals and they give me enough support that my feet aren’t killing me within 20 minutes like they are without them. I wore them to an outdoor concert and stood for quite awhile and my feet still weren’t hurting! Definitely recommend!

Adds good arch support if it fits your foot well. However, if the fit isn’t perfect, after just an hour or so, it feels quite hard underfoot- like a rounded rock.

I was hopeful these would be just what I needed for a nice pair of sandals I bought online (which turned out to be flat inside, depite the brand reputation). These are a great idea, but they didn't work for me. True, the gel support was better for me than Dr. "S" sticky arch support insets--which I found unbearable because they had no give to the material. These were still somewhat uncomfortable, but I was willing to give them a try. Then I realized I couldn't. The combination of the support height on the inside of each foot + the type of material these are made of made my feet slide when I started walking. As a result they were being pressed into the sides of the sandals. All around, not gonna work, unfortunately. You might have better luck, especially if you were planning on trying these with socks inside a closed shoe type.

I added these arch supports to a pair of non-supportive sandals. Easy to apply and able to reposition for a custom fit. No issue with slippage so far. Highly Recommend. I do wish the arch cushion was a higher. These are supposed to be reusable but so reasonably priced, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again for other shoes.

Poor Design. I bought these inserts because I have high arches and need support in my shoes. I also have plantar fasciitis. I was really hoping these partial inserts would be good because most inserts are full inserts and make my shoes too small or too tight and it forces me to buy shoes too big. Anyway, these Gel inserts would have been perfect if the Gel Arch wasn’t so big and high. They sit like a rock and even though gel, they feel like a rock under my foot when I walk which is actually painful. Because of this I can not recommend these. Try something else.

I would suggest to make one pass the fullness of 2 pass for people like me with store high arches.I doubled up and they are perfect!!

These aren't adhesive in the traditional sense. They just have sticky gel on the bottom, making them terrible if you try to cut them to fit your shoe/foot. Without cutting, this is a "one size fits few" item. Wasted my money, but at least now I know.

When I first put these in my slides they were a bit annoying (my slides fit great but had zero arch support). The next day and ever since they have been completely comfortable. I can’t address pain relief because I don’t suffer from foot pain, but having arch support in a shoe that’s basically a flip flop gives me great peace of mind. The adhesive holds the inserts perfectly in place and I wear these every day.
