Better than regular floss.
Easier to thread the floss at the gum base of the tooth and pull down, than trying to tug at the silk thread-like regular floss from the bottom of the tooth and pull up to the gum to clean between tooth and around its gum base.

The best option I’ve tried for permanent retainer
I’ve been using Superfloss nightly to clean between my front bottom teeth, which have a permanent retainer, and I couldn’t be happier. These are a fantastic alternative for when I don’t have my Waterpik handy.I definitely prefer these over traditional floss loops that require looping regular floss through. The convenience and effectiveness of Superfloss make my nightly routine much simpler. Highly recommend this for anyone with braces or retainers!
