I got a great deal on this with an open box buy on Amazon. My guess is that these sometimes get returned when people realize they won't fit as intended in the previously drilled holes in their door, because I almost returned mine. When I went to install it, I saw that the plate for the deadbolt wouldn't fit vertically as shown, because the existing holes in my door were too close together. In a "light bulb" moment, I realized an easy work around was to place the plate horizontally instead, and voilà, it fits! This was a great way to elevate the look of my front door for a bargain basement price. I slightly prefer the vertical presentation, but I honestly think it looks great either way. Drilling a small hole for the bottom part of the handle was a bit intimidating, but it was no biggie. It looks and feels like quality hardware, and I'm thrilled with the impact it makes on my door!

We have only had this installed for 2 weeks by a professional locksmith. The handle is already broken. No way to get a refund or return. Don’t loose your money like we did. Can not open from the outside do to the thumb press being internally defective design.

I'll admit I didn't pay much for it. I hope it lasts awhile because the thumb latch is really thin.

It was easy to install. I did it myself and I am a 73 year old not so handy woman. It replaced the old gold standard that I hated since we purchased this home. What a difference and it worked well with my digital security system on the door.

自宅ドア用に購入。無事取り付けできました。丸いドアノブでしたが、既存の穴をそのまま転用。施錠用の穴と、最下部に当たる支持部分の穴を開けて取り付け完了。説明書は英語ですが、イラストもあるので問題なかったです。受け部分はドリルやノミで穴あけを行い、付属部品を取り付けました。こちらは自分の腕の問題ですがズレが生じており、今後再調整が必要です。施工後、4ヶ月ほど使用しています。施錠部分のノブがちょっと緩い印象です。

The quality and craftsmanship is unreal for the price I have no doubt it will last for a very long time I chose this particular lever handle for its likeness to the lock I already have on my door.

Good replacement of my current door locks. 99% great. Only the wood screws seem not as good as my original lock, so I used the "old" ones.Overall, it works for me and it is great.
