I just got this machine and it started without incident. The machine looks very sturdy and definitely worthy of its high price. Looking next to my Kenmore coin operated washer , it looks like a Cadillac to a Kia. Coin slot is programmable and you can put different prices on different wash. I do not know the long term reliability yet which I will report later.After about a year later, water leak developed around strainer. So I looked around for a new gasket. Repair Clinic told me that the gasket is no longer available due to discontinuation. Now I have to make my own gasket and if other parts fail, you may not get part for it.3rd edit: it turned out that I was not putting pump drain strainer correctly , no more leaks. However, I found out that you cannot get drain pump strainer gasket anywhere nor pump strainer unit nor cover for it after few days of extensive search. Getting such a simple part should not be a problem therefore 4 stars.

So far love this machine, works quiet and easy to install will recommendOnly things don’t like is when you order it’s confusing delivery part, I am very careful fill up detail of delivery they just drop off the road. Take almost a month to order don’t want cancel it so frustrating,Need to clear delivery instructions

Machine looks fantastic plus it runs very quietly. Lots of customized controls - vend price by cycle choice, deciding on length and number of wash cycles, wash and rinse water levels, and spin speed. The machine is not like run of the mill commercial washers you find in apt buildings, most are 150Lbs, this thing is 360Lbs as it has some pretty heavy duty components - the hardest part of my setup was getting it into the laundry room.Pros:- Comes with the coinbox which is good, as some machines require a separate purchase that can add $60 to the cost.- It has a counter for the diff wash cycles and a total count - this can help you understand usage and you could also use it to audit how much money should be in the coinbox- Very easy to set the vend price and desired water levels. I estimate only 1/3 of the water usage from that of an old maytag tub washer it replaced.Cons: The machine did not come with set-up instructions, I had to scour the internet for one. The instructions for the newer 2.0 version is still mostly applicable for this one but the seller could do a WAY better job at making the setup (no installation) manual available on their website.I waited 3 months to write a review make sure it doesn't have any quirks and so far so good - it has done over 200 washes so far.

Bought 8 a couple months ago for a small town laundromat. Probably 700 turns so far and zero problems. Area distributor quoted me $2,250 per unit plus shipping. So $1,500 including shipping through Amazon was/is a HUGE deal. Hope to buy more soon. Coin box installed in less than 1/2 hour. Very easy programming...even for this 60 yr old man! Any bad reviews are probably a disgruntled distributor.

I have 8 in a Landry matt no problem they've performed great so far and the water bills have dropped as well as the electric they could do better with coin assembly.

Bought a couple of these and haven’t had a problem yet. They seem to be well built and everyone enjoys them. Plan on purchasing 5 more for my laundromat.
