I am very happy with the purchase. It's beautiful and it looks more expensive than it is. I like that they included extra crystals. The only problem is that they don't include instructions for the installation, but is not really difficult to do it.

This is a beautiful, grand light, we are very pleased with the appearance and how well it lights up the room.

Beautiful light- it's nice and bright. I maybe didn't read the details because I assumed the crystals would be acrylic or plastic but nope, they're real glass! It came with extras, which is awesome.I removed a star because it was missing some bolts but my electrician found a workaround.

This light is beautiful although 12 broken crystals received are chipped their customer service was fantastic and sent me new ones..

So I was very skeptical while installing…which was a lot of work. Mainly because the shade of gold looked kind of tacky. But the minute I put the crystals on (and by minute I really mean that part took forever lol) my entire room was transformed! It’s everything I hoped and dreamed but at a much less expensive price. Directions could’ve been clearer but I figured it out as a moderately experienced diy girl. Buy it!
