Q: What are the child lengths? There is only a picture showing the length of the 16pc adult option.

They were great, wife loved them, good value for the price.

Q: Can you get them out without breaking them?

It depends on the eyes on the shoe/trainer, I have removed them before but they also ripped out the eye on a canvas trainers. Also just like elastic bands they can get brittle after a long period of wear and tear (I’m talking a year+). I hope this helps.
