Post Surgical Comfort Compression Sports Bra: Champagne Dragonfly

I absolutely love this bra. It's so soft and comfortable. It lost a star because it is not as supportive as it needed to be for post op, which is what I used it for. I can't reiterate enough how comfortable it is...but unless you have a very large bust, it doesn't have the compression/support necessary directly after surgery for a full C, at least not in the size L. The sister in the photo is sporting DD.Also, it ran a bit large. I went by their sizing chart. Where I usually wear a L, I ordered an XL based on their sizing. I sent it back and got the L which fit nicely. As they mention, it will accommodate a full range of cup sizes. I didn't understand at the time just how much compression I was going to need through the healing process. The fabric is deliciously comfortable. I can't say enough good things about it, especially given the post op sensitivity around the incisions and heightened sensitivity of my skin and nipples. But the support/compression was a bit light, which ultimately resulted in great discomfort after returning to work. As soon as I could move my arms a bit I started wearing a bra over it for more support. I found that the Columbia Zip Front bra holds everything very firmly, and the fabric is soft. I'm curious how long the zipper will last, though.

Shoulder straps are easily adjusted and band is low enough to not irritate the sutures.Sizing note: my measurement put me exactly in between a small and a medium, so I went with the medium. I think it was the right choice because although the band is pretty loose, there is still good compression on the actual breasts. A small would have probably been too tight.Fun note: the seller gift wrapped the bra and included a thank you note. I've never been so delighted to receive a bra!Edit: once the swelling went down the bra was too loose. I seem to be between sizes in every brand I've tried. I solved the problem by switching from cold wash/hang dry to hot wash/medium heat dry, which shrinks it a little. I imagine this shortens the life of the bra, but I don't intend to wear it once I'm healed.

I purchased two of these for use after breast implant removal with fat transfer to the breast. It was difficult to determine what size I would need, but by following the instructions, I got the perfect size. They reached out to me after I placed my order to ensure I got the proper fit. The plastic surgeon was very impressed with the quality. I highly recommend this garment and seller!

This fits nice and comfortable for my post op mastopexy, although it's a bit larger than what they suggested ordering. I wish the inner material was cotton as I broke out in a rash from the material and I don't normally have sensitive skin. The directions said to wash in cold water I had to wash in hot water that seemed to help. I'm still glad I ordered this though as I looked around at several stores at a local mall and no one carried post op bras. I would recommend this bra- just order a size smaller than what they suggest.

There is enough "give" in the soft, pretty material so go down a size for the compression. Appreciated that it does not look like a medical use device. Padded hooks at the front of the shoulders and not velcro at the top of the shoulders is easier to adjust and so much softer.

I contacted the company prior to ordering. Even though I have overfilled implants the XS worked great. Comfortable and great quality. I couldn’t put it on as recommended but was able to zip it while under the breast, undid the straps and gently pulled over breast. I would recommend!

Amazing customer service with this company. I originally ordered a size too large. love the material. It provides perfect amount of light compression, support, and is comfortable front and backside. I will be buying more of these.

Love this product!!!!! Biggest concern I read was they ordered their size and it was too big so errors on the side of caution and normally need S so I ordered XS. It was perfect, gives great support ,and feels so nice. I had a lift so I was concerned with the material being rough on my incision but No problem here. I ordered 3 more immediately!!

I cannot imagine going through my breast reduction without this bra as I left the hospital. Soft, supportive, seamless and no digging in. Way too expensive, but worth it.
