This is really easy to use and doesn't require the space that an actual rope does. It travels well on the go and gives you a good workout while using it.

Wod Nation Cordless Jump Rope
This is a double under lifesaver & definitely helped me! I love that it's light weight & I could actually focus on the movement of the jumps without having to worry about the rope smacking me. Gimme a few months & maybe I'll be doing triple unders. Lol. Great product & I would absolutely recommend this for practice.

They work
As with any ropeless jump rope, they take some practice to get used to. I've been using them very consistently and they work well.

Just when I thought a jumprope couldn't get any better! Very light and easy to use. No bulky rope to trip over or smack the back of your legs. Easy for beginners! Love this!!
