Camille Rose The Gro Grease for Hair Growth Stimulation, Length Retention, and Relief from a Dry, Itchy, Flaky Scalp

I bought this item as I was looking for a scalp grease that did not contain the usual heavy ingredients. However, this hair grease is too thick. It does not absorb into the scalp well. It just sits on the skin/hair. It is more like vaseline.

I have been using this brand for a year now and like the way my hair respond to it. The smell is not as bad in my opinion as others I have tried. Great product.

After taking down my butterfly locs (very wrongly I will admit) I had a bald spot near my edges. Yes you heard me, the worst spot to have a bald spot, and I had one. I cut the loc not knowing how to take them down and instantly regretted it. Cried a bit, called my stylist, and she informed me of the proper way to take down 😭😭 (she was not please lololol) After frantically looking for help, and reading the reviews I got this balm and followed the instructions. I’ve tried many Camille rose products and love them all so why not! I started off with twice a day for the first month, then moved to once a day once every morning after that. I started using this in Mid August and as of 10/19 I can honestly say my bald spot has grown back in, and full, I can’t even see it anymore. I normally keep my hair in a high puff for work, so the spot was VERY noticeable. For the first few weeks I was putting black makeup powder on my hair to make it less noticeable 😞 it was really bad.The balm itself does have sulfur and I was weary since I’d never used sulfur in my hair. Yes it does smell, but the other ingredients in this also make it smell nice and sweet. Imagine smelling a fart in one room, then walking into another room where there’s a lovely candle burning. That’s literally it lol I didn’t mind the smell because I wanted to see results!! Now I’m using it on the back of my hair for my baby hairs and still all over my edges!! Idk how I found this stuff but I love it so far, it really does work!! I also used this in combination with biotin and collagen daily. My hair has gotten sooo long but this balm has made it so full and thick! My hair is a very fine for curly 3c/4a. It’s not thick like other curly/coily hair unfortunately but this balm has really made a difference. I will def be continuing to use this, and I’ve only made a small dent so far. I’m sure this will last me another 4-5 months maybe even longer.

Help my hair grow and scalp feels good

This hair grease was way too thick and the smell isn’t all that great. I purchased it to help with dry/itchy scalp and it didn’t work for me.

It has a slight smell of sulfur but I don’t find it unpleasant at all especially combined with her other products they smell so wonderful it masks the smell. I use it on my hairline to keep it full and my eyebrows and it has my hair thick like crazy. My bf even uses it in his beard and he loves it!
