Really quiet!
This is my first time trying a water cooling unit of any kind so I was a bit nervous. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could because the instructions seemed to be from IKEA. Everything installed fairly quickly. The tubes are very stiff so dont worry if you have to muscle them around a bit, it wont break anything. When installed I had to out my hand over the fan to make sure it was working, that's how quiet it was! The light wasn't super bright which I appreciate. It also kept the temps of my CPU to around 30 C. I dont overlock so I dont know how well it works there. I'll likely buy another of these for my next computer.

It's white, Captain 120 EX, update: do not buy!
So far so good, install was very easy, plus no leaks. Will update in month or so.Update: I have changed my review to a one star. On 7/2/19, I thought my pc took a poop. I was playing a game when my monitors went black and my house tamped to 100%. I shut off the pc and checked the cords, but when I looked in the case, I about pooped myself. I see a puddle of water on the back plate of my gpu and knew right away what had happened, the damn cpu cooler leaked.Took the whole thing apart, including my gpu, arranged everything to drain. I then got some paper towel and cleaned up my desk.I then was looking at the pump on the cooler to see what the hell happened. The glass the comes out the top and hits the side of the pump was sitting wrong. I moved it a bit and heard a hiss sound, think aerosol can. There is a gasket around the glass and it looked like it blew that gasket with pressure!! What I’m guessing is that it became clogged, how you ask, I have no freaking idea, and with the heat built up the pressure high enough to blow that gasket.Luckily I had a spare cooler and the next day after reassembly, nothing had messed up.I went and ordered a Noctua air cooler.I don’t recommend buying this AIO cpu cooler.

Good value
I can't believe how nice this is for the price. It cools well, quality seems good and it definitely looks cool. Fan is quiet. If I had to pick on something it would be the fitting of some of the 1151 socket parts, but it's not like it was a problem, just a bit snug against the screws. Comes with what seems like basic thermal paste that I replaced, but for a first time builder might be convenient. The lighting effects are just white, breathing, but it's subtle and it looks so nice that I don't mind at all.

Seems to be a good place to start with liquid cooling for the uninitiated...
So far, so good. I’ve been using this AIO since July with no issues... being that this is my first foray into water cooling, and that it perches above a very expensive video card, I’m watching its performance and durability like a hawk. Installing the device was a breeze and my only complaint was the stiffness of the coolant pipes. I ended up using the included thermal paste but will replace it if I ever opt to overclock my processor... not likely. Fingers crossed that this will never spring a leak and ruin my investment!

The media could not be loaded. Would get 5 stars but using it to cool my ryzen 7 1800x processor and it runs a little warm. About the same performance as my air cooler. 95 to 115 seems warm for a water pump. Looks great though

Didn't fit my case; Returned.
Not sure if I just did it wrong, or what, but it wouldn't fit correctly in my Zalman case like PCPartPicker said it would. Didn't feel comfortable bending the tubes enough to try to seat the pump on the processor, so I returned it.

Watch out for the leak
It started leaking onto my graphics card after one year of use.

Excellent cooler
We are using this cooler on an AMD chip. This has dropped the temp by 20 degrees C. The chip used to overheat and shut the computer down. We added additional case fans but that did not help. This cooler does what it says, keeps the cpu cool. Works and looks great.

A Stylish AiO Liquid cooler at an Attractive Price
Following my order of the Deepcool Dukase V3 black and white PC case, I thought I would spring some money for a matching CPU cooler. Having never owned an AiO liquid cooler before I decided to go for this 120w black and white Captain S cooler, seeing as it matched my PC case perfectly, and looked like it was part of a set.Right off the bat, when you open the box, it is clear that this AiO is of a high quality, the pump, fan and radiator are all very well constructed, with premium-feeling materials. There's nothing flimsy here. You get your money's worth.I have heard of liquid cooler horror stories in the past where fitting them has been an utter nightmare, but thankfully the Captain S is (mostly) a pain-free experience. The package includes instructions for installing on various motherboard chipsets, as well as any necessary parts to do so. There's all the usual chipsets such as AM2/FM2+/AM4/115x and so on.The included visual instructions are clear and to the point, however due to my mATX motherboard fitting the washers, after inserting the bracket and screws, was very tedious and painful on my fingers. This isn't really a problem with the cooler, and more to do with my particular motherboard. So long as you are patient, take your time and follow the instructions you will be fine.Performance, as expected , is excellent with my PC idling below 20 degrees, and barely touching past 50 in games and some benchmarks - though I will need to do some in depth testing. The cooler has thermal paste already applied, which is a nice bonus, but I would rather they include a little alcohol pad to clean it off if you have your own thermal compound to use.Overall, I cannot fault the Captain 120 S. It's affordable, efficient, looks great and keeps the temperatures low. Now I just need to sort out some matching white LED fans and my rig will be looking sweet. Nice!

DeepColl Capitain 120 EX White.

Buy this Cooler!
I bought this cooler as part of my first PC build. I'm running an AMD 2600X with 32GB of DDR4-3200 RAM on an MSI B450 Gaming Carbon. I'm over-clocking to between 4.1 - 4.2 GHz. My system idles at about 40 degrees C. At full load the temperature rises to the low 60's, and it cools back down to 40 in less than 20 seconds. I'm running one 120mm radiator with 2 fans setup in a push-pull arrangement, and I blow cool air from the outside to the inside of the case.I couldn't be happier with this cooler. I don't see many systems on YouTube that run less than a 240mm radiator. Sometimes I'm amazed that I get this kind of performance from a 120mm system. And for the price, I don't think you can beat it!!
