I love the picture quality on this camera very clear , I love that I can move the direction of the camera via my phone through the app.the downfall and it's honestly so very annoying, every time I unplug this thing to move it or if the power goes out I have to go through the set up process all over again!!!

Have to travel a lot on business recently but I want to see my baby when I am away anytime without asking my wife for a video chat, this product is perfect to fit this purpose. Very easy to install, you just have to connect it to your WiFi and download the APP, which will allow you to see your home/ baby anywhere in the world! Recommend for anyone needs a security camera.

The camera works great even under teh worst wifi conditions.App gives you good control over the camera, almost 180 degrees up/down/left/right.Good error codes and messages to tell how the camera is doing...like "connecting to wifi"... "wifi connected"BAD:The app is slowDirections are in Google-translated languageA few options to pair the phone with wifi and your phone...but they do not all workOne died after about 6 months

Purchased this camera so I can watch my new Labrador puppy. Before I could set it up she ate the directions! With that being said this camera for the money was easy to set up without directions. I like the audio and pan vision as well. Once you put the app on your phone ie easy to access and view whats going on in my house. Probably going to purchase a couple more.

Fine for streaming but had to be hard wired could not connect wireless because 5g not supported. Unable to set up as alarm kept sending alerts even when no motion inside the house

After the V380S app update couple days ago (1/10/2018), instead of upgrading, the new app WIPED out all your settings and asked for a password, and keep saying wrong password, the app stop working, makes the camera totally useless.

Tried several times to connect to WiFi, but couldn't. I stopped trying because of the loud, startling voice that speaks when it's turned on. I couldn't imagine how freaked out my child would be if it restarted for any number of reasons.

Love this camera. Allows us to see our dogs while we are gone. Adjusts for light too and I love that I can take pictures of a shot I am looking at
