At last we've found a dog proof bin. Our chocolate food monster of a lab can and will find his way into anything including a bin in a cupboard with a child lock on it. This however, he has not even tried to get into!!! It's big (bit not too big), keeps smells in and keeps the dog out. Perfect!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME buying this. Not only arrived broken but lid is different coloured than the one advertised, and the seller does not have an easy or reasonably priced way of sending it back/replacing it. The fact that it is broken beyond repair means it won’t be resold and yet they still demand it be shipped back before issuing a refund which is not only a hassle and costly but environmentally wasteful. This has been a complete nightmare from the start. I should have listened to the other unhappy customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

Received very quickly. Excellent bin although button to open is quite stiff. I don't mind but if you don't have a lot of strength in your hands you may struggle. The bonus is the opening mechanism isn't spring loaded so won't fail.

Actually bought this as a temporary bin until we decided what would fit best in the kitchen, but I actually love it —it’s easy to clean, easy to use and a good size to fill a black bag and not have the bag get stuck when emptying it
