The product is great! My only issue was the price after I purchased it through Amazon, I saw the same product in Publix Supermarket for much less .

My husband got this. I am pretty skeptical of pre-made cookie mixes since I usually bake cookies from scratch (not like collecting eggs and grinding my own flour, but not pre-mixed).The recipe on the package was clear. I used margarine instead of butter or oil. It mixed well. I wasn't sure what might happen or how the batter would look if I "overmix" but the instructions were adamant that it should not be done, so I mixed 1.5 minutes.The dough was sticky, intentionally it seems since the recipe tells you to flatten with wet fingers. I got 24 cookies, which may explain why I had to bake them an extra 8 minutes (both cookie sheets).The cookies spread a little so you could probably put them closer than 1 inch on the parchment paper. They look ugly but taste pretty good.Overall, way better tasting than most pre-mix cooked. Way better. Not as awesome as home made. A little fiddly to work onto the pan. Not pretty, but who cares when they taste fine?

Ok. I’ve bought these muffins. They are TASTY.I’ve bought the brownies. They are REALLY TASTY (and taste better than gluten ones!)But I bought the chocolate chip cookies and I’m pretty sure there’s a typo on the instructions.There’s only 1tableapoon of water and then 4 tb of oil. I mixed it and it was still powdery.“Don’t overmix” rang in my head.Ugh.So I made the executive decision to add more water.Turned out ok but because too much water the cookies were crisp.Taste still good.But I think I’ll stick to the first two

I love these!! I found them at Publix and went back for more. I add lemon zest and blueberries to mine and I love that these aren’t overly sweet and of course the hidden veggies.

I wish I could attach a picture to this.I was so excited to make this, I baked it in the oven for 40 mins (I made 6” cakes” and they never really baked on the inside. I don’t know what the heck happened, but I just wasted my money on them :(
