Very impressed
Arrived on time. Easy to set up. Instructions just pictures but a utube video helped. Really impressed with how quickly it heats. In fairness hot in UK but seems to hold it temp overnight so well insulted. This time of year I run at 29c and the heater hardly seems to be on to remain. If I want warmer it takes an hour or so. Also like the enclosed chemical tablet on the flow which is adjustable and makes for good parameters.

Lovely hot tub
I love this hot tub. The instructions are rubbish, try you tube as can be tricky getting it assembled correctly. The chemicals are weird to begin with, but with experience comes speed and it becomes part of your routine. Oh remember the chemicals have to be purchased separately as they do not come with the hot tub. If its a hot day you want to have it about 30 but if its cold then 35 is like a bath.

Bought it to replace one bought over lockdown which the dog bit through!.Great value. easy to follow instructions. I did it alone. takes a while to fill!. states it is for 4-6 people but perfect for 4 and have not tried with more than 4. The WIFi control is essential and upgrade from my previous. Make sure you inflate the lid well as it helps to retain heat and keep bill down. Lid does collect rain water.

Wow! Awesome product.
This is a very impressive product for the price - amazing jets that radiate round the whole pool. Water heats fairly quickly and seems to maintain heat well. Very very easy to put up and install. Taking a while to get used to chlorine levels / management but overall this is an absolute great buy. I did think it might be a glorified paddling pool but it's not at all - really lovely to sit in. It says 2-4 people and I think you'd have to be very friendly with each other to get 4 adults in but with 3 of us in my family (son is extremely tall!) It's fine.

Milan 2020 feedback. Excellent product. Much larger than I thought. 4 to 6 people easy. Setup in 20 mins. Follow the instructions u can't go wrong. Pay attention to the numbered bits. Spa was at full temp within 20hrs. Supper easy controls and the WiFi is great. Set pool to heat up 3hrs before shift ends. Perfect for when I get home. Heats about 2 degrees every 1 hour.
