Oladole Natural Broccoli Seeds for Sprouting Broccoli sprouts are a good source of fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals. They’re also rich in sulforaphane, the compound behind most of their health benefits. Hot to Use: Soak 1/4 cup seeds overnight in room temperature water. Drain and put in sprouting jar or other sprouting unit and follow directions for that unit. Store in a dark environment for several days. On about the fourth day, place in indirect sunlight to develop chlorophyll in sprouts. Rinse and drain daily until sprouts are ready (about 3-5 days). Add 1/2 tsp. of Citric Acid Powder per pint of rinsing water to reduce mold formation. Enjoy broccoli seeds alone as part of a salad. Sprouted well!!🥦
This product takes time for me to decidw weather I will post or nah. But the thing is it's surpirse me that these seeds grown so well!! I am harvesting a fresh Sprout everytime I need one for my fresh salad.

Organic. Worth to buy
This is my first foray into sprouting, and I have to say I’m enjoying it. We actually are testing it to see if we can use it on boat trips, we’re getting greens is very hard to do in remote areas. So far the kitchen test is working. We are now trying some of the other varieties of seeds and beans. We wanted organic and these fit the bill especially now organic products are so expensive.
