This is the second set of these knives that I've bought as they're just the best! Sharp, cuts great and well made.

I love these knives! I used to purchase them from my sister-in-law for her church fund raising. We no longer live close to them anymore and I wanted to purchase more. The original ones I bought were the silver handle ones and they had to be washed by hand. Unfortunately, the silver ones ended up in the dishwasher and the handles were no longer nice, however the cutting part is still good. I love that the company came out with the new handles, which are dishwasher safe. I don't have to worry about the handles becoming discolored or damaged. If you really want an everyday knife that stands up to the rigor of constant use, look no further than these. They are great! I am confident that you will be very pleased with them!

Form follows function. These are great, no-nonsense paring knives: beautifully designed and built and with exceptional fit and finish. Best of all: made right here in the US. Steel is high quality and golds an edge well. The brushed stainless handles eliminate any wood or polymer scales to chip or crack. Easy to keep clean, too.

I really like these knives , the have nice weight to them and the blade is sharp . I have only one complaint , no sheaths for the knives .

We got the version with the aluminum handles, the knives are a nice size and shape and areDefinitely nice and sharp.I got a minor nick on my thumb running my thumb down the top of the blade towards the handle however.The top and bottom edges of the aluminum handle (above and below the blade) were very sharp on all 3 knives- see the closeup photo.A quick buff with a very fine file and they are just fine now- I bet an emery board would do if you don't have a fine file.We have not used them much yet, but the blades are definitely sharp and with proper washing and care I can see they will last for many years.

When I tell u these are the best knives out there I mean it. I received a big set of these for my bridal shower and absolutely loved how sharp and nice they cut through any food. Used these for sushi and my rolls were perfect. Decided I needed more of these and they were on sale so went for it and of course didn’t regret. Also bought for my little sister for her bridal shower and hopes she also will enjoy them like I did. These also sharpen really nice but unfortunately don’t come with a sharpener so recommend buying one and it’ll prolong the life of these knives.
