I'm new to LLLT (lower level light therapy) and am astonished that this product is so easy-to-use because of its small size, portability and quality.It doesn't emit heat as it's not supposed to because it's not a food warming light seen in restaurants, nor is it a microwave to cook food nor a cellphone tower. It is low on the light spectrum.As a beauty aid, it does minimize my facial wrinkles although this isn't why I bought it. This is a marvelous bonus.I suffer from a rare muscular disease that causes extreme muscle weakness. I shine this product on my throat to aid my speaking, as well as hands, feet and brain.LLLT is helping ease my symptoms. I also bought, from AMAZON, a floor model whole body red light therapy device to use.The special glasses fit beautifully over my eye glasses.Watching YouTube videos by Chiropractic Neurologists, physical therapists,etc who use these products is very important and easy. LLLT should only be used for a few minutes per session.I suggest you do your homework. YOUTUBE videos are especially helpful to me.Red light therapy has been used for decades so the science is well researched.This is a great little product to help muscles.

This little tool really works and it's easy to use. Find a painful spot, put the wand on it and push the button. The pain markedably subsides. I will continue to go to my chiropractor and have body work done but this is super handy and useful to continue therapy on between appointments.

I have RA and OA in my hands. The pain was so bad I was barely functioning, and that was with naproxen and epsom soaks on top of my usual meds. I noticed significant improvement by about day 3 of using this light. I ordered a panel light, as well, which may come in handy, at some point, but I found that THAT light was too much. This smaller light allows me to target the specific joints that need attention. I've been using it for over two months, so I've reached the point where I can just use it as needed. It's hard to imagine that I could go from useless and whimpering in pain to this almostnormal functioning in such a short time. But, just to be clear, it is not a cure. It is pain relief, and that is no small thing. The only problem I have with it is that for someone with arthritis pain in their hands, a handheld device can be difficult. I solved this by ordering a couple of beanbag cushions that are long enough to support my hand/forearm and thedevice. This allows me to position my hand in a way that minimizes strain and eliminates the need for me to hold the device. It's the best thing I've bought for pain. I absolutely recommend it.

Way too much beeping. You have to restart it every 2 mins so it feels like constant beeping for no good reason

Ordered from the uk, very fast delivery. After lots of research I realised that this unit was the one for me. Very quick delivery. I’ve been using this for several days and it’s already giving relief to a knee injury. Do your research and you’ll realise this is a great bit of kit. Highly recommend. Great build quality.

Bought this cause I really wanted one. Got the first one ,didn’t charge , didn’t work. The packaging said “do not return to the store! . Let our company that made it , work with you.” Great. They sent me a second one. This one charged, but never turned on. They kept reaching out. I told him it was a total piece of crap. I just received the third one. This time no battery , no charge cord. I put in the battery from the other piece of crap. Used my own charge cord still didn’t turn on. DON’T BUY!
