Works good. Solar charging not that good but plug in to outlet and charge up. Works perfectly

Doesn’t seem to work as it should but I’ve missed placed directions so that could be the problem.

Power storage is good - Solar charging is okOverall good bang for the buck 👌

Very heavy and not easy to use features. ports are not labeled well and no instructions on how to use it.

Even with rapid chargers, this charger bank seems to take forever to become fully charged but is quick to drain when using it to charge phones/tablets. Otherwise, its a great little charging bank. Just shaved off a start for the long recharge/quick discharge times.

I over all like this product but I was very disappointed with the flashlight I figured since it was twice the size of my other one the light would be more brighter than my small one. It’s not even close.

Works well and is durable

I like the design of the unit and the materials. Well made, easy to hold without slipping. Nice to have the USB-C, USB options for charging. As my review title states, the capacity is definitely questionable. It charged an Iphone 10 once and dropped down to the second led power meter (of 5 leds). It also seems to weigh about the same as another power bank that I own which has only 10,000mAh of capacity suggesting the battery size might be comparable. Only problem is that the other power bank can charge up the same phone 2-3 times without issue. Not sure I'd purchase this again.

1.- La batería se descargó demasiado rápido y no me completo la carga de un solo dispositivo móvil.2.- Al momento de recargar la batería, conectada a la luz, se recargó muy rápido (3 hrs). Tengo otra batería de 20,000 mAh que se carga completamente en 8 hrs, así que no creo que 38800 mAh se carguen en tan solo 3 hrs.3.- No enciende la luz led.
