This has straighten my back out so many times now. Id say it’s worth the price and functionality. It has relieves some pinch points on my neck and helps my shoulders and neck out a bit more.

I didn't realize how crooked I was lil I tried laying flat on the floor. It was very hard for me, and painful at first. Slowly I started to relax my back and put more pressure onto this device by putting my legs up.This, and two other traction devices have helped me a great deal with pain and numbness.

easy to use, very good value for money, came as described in the picture. comfortable to use and to store. the only problem is the small magnet in the holes, it's a bit hard for me. the best way to use is on the floor/ yoga mattress, definitely not the bed.

I can feel that it is helping me stretch not just my neck but my shoulders and chest. I like that each side provides different degrees of stretch. The position of the rest of your body contributes greatly to its effectiveness. Your palms are supposed to be up, elbows bent at 90 degrees, arms above your head, feet flat, knees bent. I try to focus on breathing and relaxing into it for the 15 minutes I'm using it. It rapidly became more comfortable to use after only a few days. My husband uses the milder side and it's a tough stretch for him. I'm not a professional anything but after using this and reading the reviews about it, I'm thinking that the people that say it's painful or too uncomfortable REALLY need this.

This neck & shoulder relaxer has relieved most of the nerve pain in my neck which sometimes shoots down to my left shoulder blade...if I use it at least every 2 - 3 days. Takes a time or two to get used to but after you get positioned and begin to relax it's quite comfortable. Much better than popping Advils all the time.Nice to use if you read before going to sleep. I've found, after 10 days/two weeks, I don't wake up in the middle of the night with that pinched nerve feeling in my neck.

This looks like a soft plastic neck support but the actual product is super hard plastic with hard metal spikes in it that gouge your skull. It make my neck far worse, and I followed the directions exactly! Wish I hadn't missed the return window, because this is NOT what I wanted, needed, or expected. DON'T BUY IT!

whomever said the can feel the metal balls... tell me you don't need this, without telling me you dont need this, its fine. Cheaper than every tictoc store (weird that) and gently strechs my back out after my neck relaxes and crackles.You could pop the magnets out with your thumb if they bother you, ... idk I'm feeling my toes for the first time in weeks.

Not at all what I expected, which was a firm foam device that would cradle my neck and absorb some of the pressure while gravity did its thing. Instead, it's rigid (!) plastic that has no yield to it. Or maybe it's the marbles... (cough) "magnetic acupoints" (or however they put it in the description) embedded at strategic points and supposedly meant to help. To me, they're just annoyances that prevent me from relaxing into it. Maybe some will like it. I sure as bleep don't.

I was looking for something for my frequent headaches. this is a great way to have a gentle stretch and a deeper stretch depending on which way you turn the device.lovely soft material used. not scratchy or cold on your neck.I start with the gentle stretch and then turn it around for the deep stretch when I get a headache. I can hear the vertebrae relax into position with my neck.It certainly doesnt hurt using this device.

This one is ridged. The curvature isn't right.Instead of helping to correct a bad posture this one will aggravate a bad neck pain

I have been using this product religiously for 12 months twice a day but had to give it away to someone who needed it more then me that day. I ordered one got it delivered next day. This product works for me, I have issues with my neck and shoulders just 10 minutes in the morning before I get out of bed and before I fall asleep. It works for me and I cant love without it, I take mine on holidays.Thank you for a very quick delivery
