Really great gnocchi
I really like this Spinach flavoured La Famiglia Rana Pan-Fried Gnocchi. La Famiglia Rana is the European market leader in fresh pasta with its roots in a family business started in Verona in 1962 by Giovanni Rana who is now in his 80s and looks like a very nice man indeed. They launched in the UK in 2005 and now sell a range of refrigerated pasta, sauces, and ready-made dishes. This is a great story and when you taste the quality of their products it is obvious why they have been successful. This gnocchi is tender and fresh and nicely packaged. It has a distinctively spinach taste and is easy to cook too. Gnocchi is easy enough to make but if you cannot be bothered with peeling and boiling potatoes, adding flour, seasoning, making into balls, adding spinach and pan frying, then this simple to use ready made alternative is a sure fire winner every time.

Ate it with just a little butter and fried as suggested. Omg… I’ve found my new favourite food. So good and so quick.Love it!!!
