Great health product. I started on a teaspoon mixed in water (wooden spoon only) then eventually stepped it up to two large heaped teaspoons. Drink plenty of water. Better digestion, weight loss, less cravings for bad foods & improved menstrual cycle.

I was very cynical about this product at first but my husband persuaded me to buy them. Fabulous detox effect. It has made my body feel clean and I have more energy. My skin has a glow to it too. Can't be a placebo effect because if anything I was determined to prove my husband wrong! I eat humble pie! Apparently the reason we haven't heard too much about this earth is because the pharmaceutical companies can't make enough profit on it . Don't buy the powder because it can be very dangerous if inhaled and it gets in the lungs.Only thing I'm slightly concerned about is there is no funding or evidence of longitudinal clinical trials.

I have used DE for years but only just found capsules available. Excellent and easier to swallow.
