Does exactly what I wanted it too. Mirror is convex, not flat
I agree with other reviewers about the hanging hardware that comes with this mirror. aren't the greatest. The suction cup is completely worthless. The clip is strong, but is too small for a modern rear view mirror that is an inch think. Though I imagine it would work fine on an older style mirror that is a half inch thick. The mirror itself though is great. It's the size of a credit card and is convex so you can see the entire back seat. That also gives you some leeway on the angle you place it at, as it doesn't need to be aimed perfectly at the car seat in the back. A little left or right and you still see the kid.I attached it to my wider rear view by sitting it on top and using 3M super ultra sticky thick tape. It's durable in the heat of the car and sticks anything together. So it should hold the mirror forever. Now, because it's a convex mirror, the objects in it are closer than they appear, just like the passenger side view mirror on a car. So this makes it a bad mirror to use in a 2 mirror set up so you can see a baby's face in a rear facing car seat. But for my front facing car seat it works great. The kid looks a little small, but it does what it needs to, which is let me see my kid and know that she's okay without having to turn around and look at 70mph,.

The big back mirror works, the small front one does not!
We have been using it for about 2 months now. Both mirrors are clear and nicely made. I have two problems with them though: 1. The big mirror on the back seat does not attach in a very stable way. I have to re-fix it every 2-3 days or is moves up or down. I always pull it very tight, but I guess with bumps it comes a bit loose. 2. A greater issue is that the small mirror is so small that you actually CANNOT SEE ANYTHING in it! You see there is a baby on the back seat, but the image of the baby's face is 1/3 of an inch! You cannot see if the baby is awake or sleeping, if the mouth is open, if the baby is breathing well, etc.We actually use the front car mirror to look at the baby and it gives a much larger image.

Not useful
I had a few issues with product. First, the suction cup was practically flat and impossible to use to attach to the windshield. Therefore I had to use the clip and attach to the visor; the clip has a strong enough grip that I'm not concerned it will fall off, but the gap inside the clip is so large that it does tend to wiggle a bit on the visor. Also, the mirror itself is so small (about 2" x 3" approximately) with no magnification of any kind so it is difficult to see much in it. Basically, all I can see is that the baby is there; I can't tell if his eyes are even open or shut. It may be more useful if you are using it for an older child in a front facing seat, but using it in tandem with another mirror to view an infant in a rear facing seat is almost useless.I bought this to replace my older Eddie Bauer mirror that attached to the side of the rear view mirror because that one did not fit on my new vehicle; unfortunately it worked far better than this one.

It’s a small mirror.
Headrests in back seat of car are stationary so I had to find a mirror that suctioned to rear window rather than strapped around the headrest. This mirror stays in place and gives me a view of just my baby’s face. It is very small. Very. I knew this when I ordered it, but decided to give it a try because it seems that all of the mirrors that suction are tiny. Due to this, sometimes I struggle to see what my daughter is doing and feels more dangerous than not having a mirror at all.

It serves its purpose
When I turned my son around in his car seat I could no longer use the mirror that was on the back head rest. Since he was directly behind me I needed a way to see him. I have this clipped on to my passenger visor (or you can use the suction cup on glass). It does what its supposed to do, I can see him. Its rattled loose once but who really cares. You just stick it back up there. I don't need to see him every second but its nice to be able to check if he's sleeping or if there is a problem. For less than $5 I think its totally worth it. It definitely wouldn't work for a third row seat. I can just see my son and he's right behind me.

does it's basic job, but not thrilled with how it attaches.
The clip doesn't open as wide as I would like, and I had a bit of trouble getting it positioned on my sun visor.. I actually had to flip the visor down, then clip it to the top edge with the sun visor pushed backwards to keep the mirror from sliding off, so the visor is always in the down position, which can be a little annoying. It does have a nice clear mirror, and I can easily see what my baby is up to in the back seat without it being too blurry, like many other inexpensive backseat view mirrors tend to be.

The mirror mounts easily with either the suction or the clip mount
The mirror mounts easily with either the suction or the clip mount. It stays in place fairly well.My issue mostly is with the quality of the product itself. The mirror is very crappy and is more like reflective sticker material. The plastic construction seems pretty low quality like eventually after a hot summer in the car it will become brittle and break down the road.Final thought.... it does the job for now... barely.

Not good but not bad either
I wanted this so I could see my older son who sits behind me in the car because his newborn brother took over his spot behind the passenger seat. With G being autistic he doesn't talk so I have to be able to see what is wrong or if he has gotten hold of something & is chewing it. I have this mirror up & it lets me have my rearview mirror back for driving but everything is still really small so I don't feel 100% confident that he's not doing anything he shouldn't.

Disappointed
Unfortunately the mirror doesn’t give a clear enough reflection to check baby is okay. I’ve had to end up just using my own mirror.

Not the best
Size is not as shown, and is curved at ends so area of vision is barely visable also not compatible on all cars

... pad but it clips on the visor which is useful unless the sun comes out
Doesn't stay on the window with the suction pad but it clips on the visor which is useful unless the sun comes out.
