CitizenMen's Eco-Drive Weekender Brycen Chronograph Watch in Stainless Steel, Black Leather strap, Black Dial (Model: CA0649-14E)

Likes: overall I love this watch. Great look and classy. I definitely recommend it and would purchase again.Size is great. The appearance is also super nice. The black face and band match well. The motion of the chrono second hand is cool, ticks off in fractions of a second very smoothly. Overall the appearance and value for the money is outstanding.Dislikes:The date indicator for the black face watch has a black background with white numbers, it can be difficult to see the date. Would have preferred white with black numbers. The hands will illuminate at night but none of the positions have any illumination making it difficult to determine the time in the dark. Would be nice to have 12, 3, 6, and 9 locations with the illumination. Time keeping is good but the crown does not screw in or have guards so it can become undone easily causing the watch to stop or to change the time. This happens when reaching into a pocket. The crown can catch on the pocket and be pulled out to time setting mode. May need some checks that the crown is locked down and adjustments every so often to keep it at the right time.

I personally have this watch and bought one for my youngest who wanted an instant classic that looks sporty as well as classy. It has been an amazing watch for me and have no regrets in buying a second one for my youngest.

Had this watch a little over a week and it has been great. Keeps time extremely well, can easily be dressed up or down, and feels and looks solid. Took the band a little time to break in (few days) which is expected with a leather band. It is also nice not needing to worry about the battery since it’s an eco-drive. Biggest negative is the illumination. Only the hands glow after sun exposure in dark areas, and doesn't last super long. And wish the strap was actually vented. All around a great watch after 9 days. Will update if anything changes, but excellent time piece.

Overall, this is an excellent watch. The date is a little hard to read but that is minimal considering the quality of the timepiece for the money. The band started out a little rigid but has improved as I have been wearing it. If you have a bigger wrist, you may want to avoid this one though. I am on the last notch on the band.

Have been looking for a while now for a watch that caught my eye that I could add to my collection. Well this one did! However the band not so much (not a fan of leather bands). It looks good but I found it very stiff. Probably would loosen up over time but didn't want to wait for that to happen. Anyway swapped it out with a Alpine soft rubber band and am liking it a lot. The only thing I don't care for on the watch is that the date is kinda small and hard to read. Other than that I like this time piece. It looks good. It was just exactly what I was looking for.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice. Once in awhile I push the chronometer button by accident and the watch seems to stop but even if you don’t see seconds hand moving the watch itself is still counting time. I still ignore how it will do on the water resistance but it feels well made plus Citizen has a great track record for reliability.

I loved this watch it was a gift for my fiance he wears it and it looks nice on him it was affordable and on sale so I got it for a good price .

Easy to set & use! Delivered pretty quickly, too

I am a fan of Citizen and their Japanese/Swiss history.It is a quality timepiece that is priced easily1/3 below its worth.I would have liked to see a Sapphire crystal which is not unreasonable at this price point with todays synthetic technology. It has a mineral crystal which may shatter at very low or high temperatures, like up here in Canada where we get to -30C.Overall I am happy with the purchase and if you are looking for a stylish, quality engineered watch at a reasonable price then you should like this watch also. Compare to a Timex Tx line in design

I researched a back up watch for a long time and landed on this Citizen. No regrets at all- a very nice timepiece. Large face, multi functional, and the band is high quality. (Was worried about a cheap low quality band- nope, it is thick, strong and looks great).
