When I noticed my old wallet was getting ratty, I undertook the daunting task of looking for a replacement online. In particular I wanted a wallet made of durable materials (ideally leather), with snap closure, but a zippered changed compartment, and with space for plenty of cards. There are several wallets online that have a similar layout to this Bostanten wallet, but many of them were reviewed poorly, particularly for having bad odors, and others just looked cheap (shiny, ugly colored "leather"). So I ordered this wallet and crossed my fingers.After about a week, I am very pleased. The leather (is it whole grain or pieces-parts? I don't really know) looks nice and feels soft. There is no odor, unpleasant or otherwise. The wallet has plenty of room for cards, and though some of the card slots are tight, I was able to work around that my putting my two most used cards alone on the wall of slots that is accessible on opening the wallet (the slots above the space for ID) and my less-frequently used cards in the other locations. It doesn't matter if a card you remove once a month is tight; it does matter if a card you might remove multiple times a day is. There is a nice space behind that first wall of card slots to slip cash. Another slip space behind a different wall of cards is a little more shallow/tight and, again, more suitable for storage than for daily access. The snap pouch, I am using for receipts, though I tested my phone in it (Samsung Galaxy S7) and it does fit. It's just not a convenient place to keep my phone on a regular basis. The zipper compartment is amply sized, and the action on the is zipper pleasingly smooth.Of course, only the test of time will show me how long this wallet will maintain its condition. But the price was right, the pale blue leather is attractive, and so far, so good.

This wallet is very well made. So many times in other wallets the credit card slots are actually too small and don't fit credit cards. There is nothing 'chintzy' about this wallet. All the areas of heavy use are stitched very well and reinforced with leather, rather than a fabric, which wears out quickly, frays or tears. There is space under two of the credit card holders to store extra cash or receipts. While I don't have near as many credit cards as there are slots, I found them to be great for other membership cards, insurance cards, business cards, etc.The outside zipper for coins works very smoothly and is big enough to actually get your hand inside to retrieve the coins. The two snaps are covered in leather, rather than just painted. The textured leather exterior looks and feels rich. The leather edges are smoothed and sealed, rather than being raw leather edges. I imagine this wallet will last for years!

This wallet is pretty and functional. I like that I can still use a checkbook (perhaps I am the last of a dying breed)! It holds plenty of credit cards and my license. Although I must say I had to stretch the license opening with a rolled up paper towel shoved into opening prying it larger, then warm with the blow dryer for a minute and let it cool before removing the towel. Then in order for my license not to push too far into the tight opening, I cut a piece of plastic from the tag on this new product, and used it as a space-holder (about 3/4") and it works fine. The wallet is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone. I especially love this fabulous color. I have the large backpack purse from Bostanten in the same color.

My Bostanten wallet arrived exactly as described! It is extremely roomy. I could not imagine anyone needing more room for whatever cards you need to carry. The lining is attractive and the stitching as many others have said is perfect. It did have a strong odor when I first opened it but it waned quickly. It came beautifully wrapped for protection against scratches and in it's own dust bag. I do recommend this item to anyone who is looking for a wallet with plenty of room and fits nicely in your purse. Thank you!!

I bought this as a gift for my wife to replace the worn-out wallet she has been clinging to for years.My only minor criticism is that the zippered portion, which is just the right sizer for her cell phone, doesn't need a zipper. Unzipping it to get the phone takes time, and leaving it unzipped (which I'm sure she will) could scratch the surface of the phone if she's not careful.Other than that nit, it's a very nice wallet. It's attractive, well-made, and will last for years.

I bought this wallet for my wife. She LOVES it. She says it's very durable and useable because it is stitched, not glued, together. It holds all of her cards as well as money. This leather wallet replaced a Guess wallet that cost many times more. Get one! Go ahead and take the leap and buy it. You'll likely love it!

I purchased this blue-grey wallet 1/29/2022. I received, transferred items into and then decided it wasn't right for me. I think I may have forgotten to remove my "lucky peso" from the wallet when I returned it. It's a paper peso from Mexico from my honeymoon 20 years ago. Please - if anyone finds it, can you please let me know. Reward possible.

The media could not be loaded.  Really really pleased with how it was packaged. Very clean & crisp. I hope this stands the test of time.April. 2022 update.I am still getting compliments on the wallet and it's still good as new. I used everyday and have not changed wallets since since ordering this one.

disappointed 'made in china' was a gift and it clearly is not real leather like stated, FAKE and all distorted and marked on front and crackedHIGHLY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED, plus it states it was £91 which after researching is a total lie, I will be reporting

I'm pleased with this purse in more ways than one. It looks good, it's got lots of card slots, a zip part, and a stud closed purse. It's also got a window type slot for your driving licence.

Pleased with the purse. Plenty of space for cards and a pocket for bits and pieces too.Hope the leather will softer and stretch with use as it’s a bit “ tight” - but generally it’s a good product.
