I'd give PrettyCare 4.5 stars. It's better than 4 but not quite 5 either.First I will list pros and cons of each then I will compare.DysonPros:2 year warranty, ball joint allows for more rotation in any position, max mode is the best for deep cleans, will let you know if there is clog and stop as safety feature, trusted name brand owned and loved by many, 1 row of super stuff bristles to deep clean and one row soft, pretty to look atCons:battery is not removable for charging, no light at head to help visibility under things, canister is connected to motor handle and not intended to be removed for cleaning, 5 minute battery life if your lucky when using max mode. $400 price tag for the model I havePrettyCare:Pros: more cost effective, 3 year warranty, light at the head of cleaning attachment for visibility under things, do not have to keep holding trigger button, removable battery, removable canister, easier to clean vacuum, touch screen control is more innovative, decent head rotation and maneuverability, good suction, multiple rows of soft bristles, decent battery life for a cordless stick vacuum, pretty to look at and matches my decor, quieter than dyson (yay sleeping baby), height adjustableCons: there are no super stiff bristles to get into carpet more (though since they aren't there it is less wear and tear on carpets), not as strong of a suction when comparing max modesOverall both vacuums get the job done.Both can improve upon themselves too. PrettyCare is less than half of what my dyson cost though. I have attached photos showing physical differences. In the last 2 photos I show the test run between the two. It's a 8x10 area carpet in the living room with one day mess from a 11 month old, 9 year old, 34 year old army man who insisted on wearing boots into living room, myself and 3 cats. I ran PrettyCare on max mode for 8ish minutes ( down to 60% battery) then switched to my dyson max which lasted 3 minutes. You can see dyson picked up a little bit more of ground in dirt that was left behind but the PrettyCare vacuum did really well and was full when I stopped. I had emptied both canisters prior to this trial run. Do not look at canisters in the other photos because that was prior to me emptying for test run. For the money, PrettyCare is a really good vacuum. I've had a shark corded stick I paid more for and it doesn't look good or do nearly as well as this one. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone. It also has 3 year warranty which is huge. Will this make me get rid of my precious dyson? No, but it is a great vacuum and good alternative for those wanting dyson type without the heavy expense.

I purchased this to replace my Dyson that only lasted a year and a half. This works so much better, easier to clean, quieter, much lighter and has already almost lasted longer. I love the attachments it comes as well. Highly recommend over the other brands, save your money.

Where do I begin?! I was surprisingly delighted with this vacuum. It is lightweight, quiet, ingeniously designed, maneuvers very well around corners, furniture, underneath things, very effective at sucking up dirt, dust, and particles from my LVP flooring, and my low pile carpets. It’s easy to empty and clean, the bristles are soft, so no scratching of the LVP flooring. The vacuum comes with all the attachments you would need for a light cleaning, a wall brace with all the necessary hardware, and not one but two washable filters! The attachments come on and off easily. It can be used as a floor vacuum or a handheld. Customer Service is outstanding and responds quickly if you have a question. Last, but not least, it’s a pretty vacuum. I have absolutely NO complaints about the quality and value of this vacuum, and I highly recommend it. It was exactly what I was looking for.

This has more power than other stick cordless vacuums but still can’t suction large items like a nail or screw very well. My main problem is that I received this 11 months ago and from full charge now the battery lasts a whole five min. Not sure I want a new battery since I don’t love the broom. Minus another star since the replacement battery isn’t available. Won’t purchase from this company again. Actually, minus yet another star because think of every time you move houses, how much trash you have to put out front; and then think of how many people bought and have to discard this garbage vacuum. This kind of problem with no replacement parts is contributing to ruining the earth. No, thanks.

The Prettycare cordless vacuum has changed cleaning my floors from a chore to fun! It is light and so easy to move about from carpet to tile to wood floors! And, no more looking for the electrical outlet & moving furniture around to plug in. I have a 1080 sq. foot apartment which the battery supports easily times 2!The attachments do a superb job on floor moulding & tight spots. AND, customer service via email is helpful prompt!! What's not too like!!

Love the color. Love the suction. But the battery life is about 5 minutes on high. About 10 minutes on low. And now we can’t get the roller bar at the bottom to come out so we can clean it. It’s also pretty heavy and bulky. I would go a different route

I am using this from last 4 months and it's super easy. I have 900sqfeet home and this is super quick. I can finish all my home cleaning in just 20-25 minutes. It works well on both hard & carpeted surface. I m super light & easy to use. Worth buying.

It is quiet, maneuvers well, and easy to assemble. Although it is fairly light, it is not as light as I would have liked. May still be an issue for those with arthritis, especially if you need to use it for larger areas/extended periods at a time.

I really love my vacuum. Since i gave birth to my baby my time to clean and tidy up became very limited, and having this vacuum helps me a lot because its easy to use, very light and do the job right . Plus they also have an amazing customer service. A must buy.

I purchased this because I had a Dyson upright that I found too big and cumbersome. The PrettyCare cordless is perfect. It's light and easy to maneuver, and I can vacuum my entire suite in on less than one charge.

I am very pleased with this vacuum. It has great suction and cleans very well. I am using this for my commercial business and being that it is wireless is even better and makes cleaner faster and easier. Very light weight and maneuvers well.I had to reach out to customer service about a quick question I had and the help and support was speedy as well! :)

This vaccum worked just great for the first month however after using it twice a week for two months the vaccum no longer works properly. Suction is terrible and the light in front of the vaccum doesn’t always turn on. It also has a burnt motor smell that I can’t explain whenever it is used.Seems expensive for a vaccum that works for 2 months
