It’s good value
It’s actually pretty cheap but works really well. I was worried it wouldn’t be sharp enough to penetrate but it is. It adjusts really well with different varieties of needle length. I use it on my scalp for hair growth.

Really effective!
I bought two, one for face and one for the scalp. So far I've noticed it's working well for hyperpigmentation on the face. The needles are really sharp and it seems more effective than the roller versions. Additionally the stamps are supposed to cause less damage to the skin, by not pulling. I have the feeling the needles will get blunted over time, but this would happen with a roller as well. I would be happy to purchase this again if the needles did get blunted!

Rotation mechanism can be a bit fiddly
Thought it had broken before the 2nd use, but a bit of physical persuasion on the rotating part got the needles out, which I had feared damaged from the force but thankfully didn't. Product when it works, works excellently. Hopefully the functionality remains fixed.

Either I'm hard core or this is not actually penetrating the skin
I can't say this product feels like it is actually doing anything.How ever it is well made and easy to clean.

Painful but great VFM
Brought this to microneedle the edges on my hairline as I have very thin edges. Its a very painful process lol, but Im pushing thru as I know that you dont really start to see results until after 6 weeks. I use the 1mm and needle one half of my head for a max of 2 mins then do the other side. To soothe my scalp and help promote more hair growth, I use Jamaican black castor oil + a herbal hair growth elixir then massage my scalp. The packaging it came in wasnt the best but the needle itself is great VFM being that it can be adjusted up to 3mm so you could possibly do other parts if desired. Tip: use rubbing alcohol before and after microneedling. I also wash it in soap and lukewarm water

Better for scalp compared to derma roller … but read my review
This is definitely better for promoting hair growth on the scalp compared to the derma roller by far - when used with Minidoxil & Topical Finasteride.It’s much easier to use and the needle adjustment settings are on tick.It’s great for the forehead and beard areas but would strongly recommend the derma roller for the more sensitive eye areas.Brilliant product and worthy of the 5 Stars!

Definitely not titanium.
The needles stick to the magnet, titanium isn’t ferromagnetic, these are certainly not titanium needles; which they claim to be.
