I am on my second lot of these and I swear by them… HRT has not helped so I took to helping myself with supplements… these are key to helping reduce the sweats… I can tell when I’ve missed my daily dose they are that good… I would recommend at least trying them!

I feel amazing! Balanced my hormones; feel less anxious, happier and full of energy. Would recommend.Had headaches at the start but they went away after about 2 weeks. Don't think I can live with out these now. P.s you will start feeling a major difference around the 6 weeks mark

This is a good brand, but like other products which I tested, I'm not sure if taking 5000mg is any better than taking half that quantity daily, as I've had good results with lower doses. Also make sure it contains black pepper as that facilitates absorption better they say!

These are not a quick fix. It takes weeks for your body to adjust and absorb them.I was taking Holland and Barrett’s but they stopped doing them in the bigger jars and sold them in smaller ones at the same price

I have been taking Maca supplements for a couple of years now, have tried a couple of different brands since my usual were sold out, I have used amazing ones and mediocre ones with less strength. Bought these for the first time and they are the only ones I have ever used that do absolutely nothing, considering they are supposed to be higher strength than some others I have tried too. Waste of money.
