The cardinal does what it is supposed to. The package arrived opened in the shipping box and there was no hangar.

Requires a lot of light to work, but at least the wings flap unlike the first one I received from another vendor. Hopefully as the sun gets higher in the sky and more light comes in my skylight it will work better.

Great conversation piece. First one arrived broken but the replacement has been entertaining for at least four months now. Very satisfied.

I had another one that was a gift and the adhesive strip did not properly adhere to the arm where the cardinal was suspended, so it fell off the window and broke. :( This was ordered to replace that one because I really liked it. It arrived quickly and the shipping charge was not outrageous. With the command strips that I had purchased to replace the adhesive strip it came with, this one is flapping just fine and even flaps a bit when the sky is pretty cloudy. :)

Purchased for my grandmother who lives in an assisted living facility. She loves these solar figures. Seems to be made well.
