FibroPRO Professional Swimming Pool Hose with Swivel Cuff (1 1/2" x 30 feet)

Very nice pool hose. Excellent length at 30 feet and good connectors at either end. Good flexibility and wrestling with it when it's in the pool (to correct twist) almost corrects itself. The rigidness of the material is sturdy enough to resist cracking or crushing and the daily dragging on concrete. I think this is a superior product for those reasons and I am very pleased with it 4 summers into it.

The hose seems to be of good quality. My only complaint about quality is that it does want to curl up a bit instead of laying out straight. On another note, I was surprised when I tried to hookup my Kreepy Krauly to my poolside vacuum intake. This hose is 1.5" I.D. in size BUT both connections are FEMALE! Pardon me for being a homeowner and not a pool professional, but I've only seen hoses that had a male end and a female end. Every hose I've ever had was male/female design. My vacuum intake on the inside of the pool is female - how can I connect this hose to it??? Guess I'll now have to spend more $ at the local pool supply to pick up an adapter (which should have come with the hose). BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ORDER!!!EDIT OCTOBER 2018: I've had the hose in the pool over a year now and it's working out fine. I notice that the description has been changed to say that it's NOT for automatic pool cleaners (like mine!). But it is better than the flimsy sectioned hoses that come with the automatic cleaners.

Used to vacuum out my pool. Worked wellExcept for the kink. The hose totally flattened out and nothing could get through. Had to unattached the hose and pull the hose open again. After that, it never messed up again.

Great hose fixed my suction loss issue. I have 15 psi normal and 12 psi now with vacuum hose attached. Clean the pool floor now in no time. It is a little stiff and wants to roll up but I’m ok with that. Better than having a cheap thin hose that leaks and does not last. Just use the swivel end on the bush/cleaner end and the fixed end to the skimmer. I expect this hose will last several seasons quality made hose.

First let me remind you the swivel end should hooked to the vacuum head. If you try to hook it to the pump side it will leak and you will loose your vacuum. My previous hose would tend to collapse if there were any tight turns when I turned on my Hayward pump. The does shrink lengthwise when the pump kicks on but I took that into account when I ordered it. I bought the 30' hose for my 18' pool and it gives me plenty of extra to maneuver. As for performance this hose does a great job. It won't try to collapse even on very tight turns. If it ever fails I will certainly purchase another.

When my pool hose gave out I found this hose as a replacement. I have a 24 foot pool and this hose works great. I have no problem with shrinking like some reviews said. Seems to be made well, but time will tell..lol but I think I should get a long lifetime out of it.

This hose is good and sturdy. I think it will last several years. Does not collapse or kink. Very happy!

sturdy like my original hose that lasted me 15 yearsthis one is built well and should last a long time.. i find it gives me better vaccum suction as well. great price great product
