I was a bit leery about purchasing this chair because I'm bad about assembling things and have had difficulty finding an office chair that works for my small size. This chair gets 5 stars for both!Assembly: It took me about 20 minutes to assemble the chair. The directions are all pictures and very easy to follow. The screw holes align perfectly, and the enclosed allen wrench means that no additional tools are required. When putting the back on the chair, it would have saved me maybe 5 minutes if I had had someone hold it up while screwing in the bolts, but it wasn't awful to do it myself.Massage: Don't expect the same massage as a luxury massage chair, but this massage is fairly good. The rollers knead up and down your back and give you a soft, relaxing massage. The heater feels good on a cold winter day. The back pad attaches with velcro, and if you remove it, the massage and heater are right on your back--ahhhh! I have both the heater and massage running right now and it feels pretty darn good!Height and Width: The upper height for the massage won't work for a tall man. I'd say that if you're over 5'10", the upper back massage won't feel very upper on you. It will definitely work for most ladies. From a girth standpoint, anyone over 200 lbs may not fit well into this chair. The lower massage goes down to about 3" from the bottom seat of the chair.Expectations: Don't expect to run this chair in massage mode all day long every day. Neither your body nor the luxury massage chairs aren't meant for that. The maximum time set for massage is 30 minutes; you just have to turn it on again for a longer massage.Chair comfort: The chair itself is quite cushy and comfortable for an office chair. They claim the chair to be leather, and it probably does have some leather somewhere, but the majority feels like a high quality vinyl.Packaging: The chair and all the components were packaged well. The box was a bit beat up, but the components were just fine.

I cannot believe how quickly this arrived - right in time for Christmas! It was fairy easy to assemble, although much easier for two people, and I was able to try it out less than an hour after opening it. The height and tilt are easy to adjust, but note that the arm rests aren’t adjustable. They’re just the height I like them, so it’s fine for me. It is very soft and comfy, and the massager works great! I tried the heat function, and I haven’t really been able to tell the difference with and without that, but that doesn’t really matter to me. All in all I love it!!

I bought this chair mainly for the heat. I have a very bad back and have a desk job. The heat does not even heat your back. But I need a new chair anyway so I guess I’ll keep it

Nice quality material.I personally take off the shiatsu cover, and use it directly on my back without the cover. With the cover the massage isn't deep enough for me. Leaning the chair against the wall helps push it into your back too if you want a real hard massage. Heat takes a few minutes to get to a good temperature, but does get nice and warm. I don't like the location of the controller pocket. Hard to access while sitting down.4 stars because of controller pocket location. Besides that, great chair.

Chair itself is very nice however stitching on the side of seat is not complete. Had already put it together before I realized that so will not be returning it.

This chair is comfy without the perks, but the heat and massage are nice. Very easy assembly. Only reason for 4 stars is the massage doesn’t go up very far. I’m 5’ 2” and it hits mid back at best. Great quality and looks expensive.

Assembly is not as easy as claimed. Alighning the bolt holes can require cosiderable wrestling. I bought this chair solely for the claimed massage features, but that they failed in short order. The chair alone is not more comfortable than many much cheaper chairs of similar type.
