I love this pen. its nice and thin and ultra easy to hold. im loving it and i would highly recommend this pen to others without a doubt. this pen doesnt cost much and its just as good as if you went and bought a high end pen. I just love this pen. update. this pen is still awesome and my clients are loving it also. if you want a great pen without paying a really high price then you need to get this, you wont be disappointed i got the s4 dragonhawk and it is excellent

It works good but you need different kind of needles to to do different kinds of art

My first tattoo machine, and first ever full scale tattoo went great. It's a little difficult to get the ink distributed evenly at first, but I'm working on it. Very smooth, easy to figure out.

The media could not be loaded.  I attempted to use this product multiple times with virtually no success. The first time we took it out of the box, we followed the instructions exactly and it took us 2 hours of messing with it to get it to turn on. It only worked for a few minutes and at this point we were tired and decided to try again tomorrow. We tried to get it to work again the next day and it wouldn’t turn back on and hasn’t turned back on the several times we’ve tried since. I contacted the company and they were nice enough to send me a replacement which arrived today. Upon opening the box I realized they only sent the actual pen and power cord and not the power box. We tried it out anyways but it still doesn’t work. It’s very unfortunate because now we are out $100 and have no working tattoo pen. It’s also worth noting that the kit was missing a few of the more minor things it was advertised to come with like the ink and a few smaller pieces.
