This was a used item.
This comb arrive in a plastic bag with no instructions. Idid not function and it was obviously a damage item sent to me. You should be a shamed to do this to a Prime member. Pick it up for return.

Used for child with severe tangles and knots!
Couldnāt find the right comb for my pre/teen who neglected her hair! With the pandemic my pre-teen doesnāt have to get ready for school since she is virtual now. I should have supervised her more closely. She has let her very long hair get badly tangled and even knotty! I saw this and it helped getting them out. It still wasnāt super easy, and didnāt feel great, but it helped with removing them more than plastic combs! Pre- teens have a mind of their own, so this helped.
