it's a little longer than 10x10
Other than the length, it's a decent product. Easy to install but you will be sore in the morning. There's a YouTube video on how to install it.

Netting
The fit is big and I found out that you should install the netting before you install the top cover on your canopy atleast for my canopy. Worked great over night and held almost all of the bugs out. Doesn’t do well in heavy winds unless you unzip the netting and then it’s good.

This product is great it comes with an opening on all four sides. It’s heavily made and keeps the critters out. It’s a must have.
